I picked this place because I liked it last year. I got one of the "deluxe" rooms. It was about the size of my first apartment. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was quiet during my stay. The bed was comfortable for me. The breakfast was good each day.

It was very nice and modern, comfortable bed. Location is very convenient, you are like 3 minutes from UCF. Many dining options within walking distance. Free breakfast was good, included waffles, baked goods, oatmeal, eggs, potatoes, sausages and bacon, and coffee.

I had a good stay, but unfortunately there's one con that made me give four stars instead of five. The room I was in was on the first floor by the pool area. I didn't know until I got into the room, but the blackout curtains don't cover the window. The track stops right before the window. Why would someone design it like this? The only thing covering the windows was an extremely sheer curtain, so I had pool lights shining into my room all night. Not to mention, anyone could look into my room if they wanted to. It creates a total lack of privacy so for that reason I had to bump the review down to four stars.

Everything was great but the breakfast. The breakfast was just horrible - no bread, no yogurt, no fruits. Just stale doughnuts and powder eggs.
