Very clean hotel, the gentleman at the front desk was very professional and helpful. The hotel had an issue with the hot water while we were there but they took care of us and made things right. Very responsive.

Went to go take a shower and it had hair in it from previous guest. And hot water did not work at all. I called downstairs to inform them and they said hot water would not be restored until the next evening. I was staying there for a couple of hours to be exact 11pm to 3:30 am because I had a flight to catch. And they thought the right compensation would be free breakfast which I told them I wouldnā€™t be there long enough and parking. And I expressed that the betrayal in it all was KNOWING you didnā€™t have hot water and allowed me to check in without properly letting your customer know to give them an option. And then lying to my travel agent saying that you told me upon arrival at least have some integrity. This gave a pour taste in my opinion. I would highly recommend staying away from this property.

Overall the hotel was average. They had issues with the hot water which didnā€™t work for 5 days straight. This was quite frustrating especially after spending hours at theme parks in the heat. ( they did provide us with free breakfast and parking for the inconvenience. The first room they had placed us in also smelled really odd, but the staff was really friendly and accommodated us in another room.

Was ok I donā€™t agree with additional charge for external company ( Not Hotels.com or Hilton gardens ) about a parking too expensive compare with other hotels when charge $60 dollars 2 nights , some hotels does not additional charge or $50 per 2 nights at the most Front desk and breakfast employees not friendly at all

Upon arrival was notified there is no hot water throughout the property and wasnā€™t sure when it would be back. Next day was notified 30 min prior to then shutting off all water til 1pm. Came back after a long day at Epcot expecting to be hot water and still none. Will not recommend this property and not come back.

I do not mormally write bad reviews on the account of maybe it was just a bad day for whomever was involved. However, this property needs attention. The staff were great, and up to Hilton standards. This differs however for the property itself. Upon check in, were greeted with a great lobby that is beautiful. We had a little bit of trouble finding parking ($27 surprise fee for parking which i will admit was my fault that i missed on the website) Once you get to the room, this changes. We had an extremely late check in due to our travels. Once getting to the property about 1am, all I wanted was a hot shower and to hit the bed before experiencing Disney the following morning. When we got into the room, the night stand lights did not even work and were flashing like a strobe light on that one that did. We went into the bathroom where not only the water pressure was HORRIBLE, the faucet in the tub AND the sink were broken. You could barely turn the handle to get water on and when you finally manage to, the pressure is very weak. The mattresses are a matter of opinion, i understand, but they are horrible in my eyes. (Are spring mattresses still a thing??) Anyways, i will not be recommending this place to anyone and starting to rethink my stays with the Hilton brand in general after the last few stays. There is alot of competition out there that is of better quality that i feel my family and i will enjoy a bit more.

Upon arrival we were informed by the front desk there was no hot water in the entire hotel! Looking at past reviews, this has been an issue for months. The pool was dirty and hot tub not working. The front desk did not offer a discount or accommodation. I took it upon myself to go next door and was fortunately able to get them to transfer my room to the Hilton next door. Parking was $27 and not disclosed before arriving. Do not recommend.
