Good location
Convenient location with a short drive to shopping and the amusement parks. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. I appreciated water in the lobby at all times and coffee in the mornings. I would stay here again

I checked into this hotel after leaving one that was terrible. This place was lovely. It was clean, spacious and had plenty of parking. The staff was pleasant and helpful. They had a restaurant on property and served breakfast as well. I would definitely stay again.

What a great place to stay! Clean and calm! The staff was incredible, always there to help and very friendly! The transportation to Disney was great and they have many brochures for things to do around Orlando! Would definitely recommend staying here on your next trip! We definitely will!

The area is awesome. Everything you need is a walking distance away. However, the hot tub was not working. After working for a few hours I needed the hot tub to relax. To my discovery, the hot tub is not working and I wasn’t the only complaining about it. There are other guests complaining.

Wasn't informed about having to pay for parking through a 3rd party nor was I informed about the incidentals and I have yet to get the funds back when I called . The pool is more of a kiddie pool so not so great for adults. Water pressure sucked. Hotel didn't have a public printer like other hotels. My Stay was decent but I highly doubt I will ever stay here again.

Unfortunately my experience at this hotel was poor. After staying here for 3 days, housekeeping stole from my room. After contacting hotel staff and supervisor to address issue, my concern was doubted. Stay at your own risk- especially if you don’t mind lugging your stuff out the room every time you leave for safe keeping.

It was great until we woke up to no hot water and could not shower. According to front desk staff, 2nd floor and 7th had the problem. All I got was a sorry. Staff when I checked in was great though!
