Staff member stated my reservation was canceled because my credit card was declined, but I never received the notification from my credit card nor Expedia nor the hotel. I even checked my baking statements and I never received it decline notification, it shows that the money was taken out of the card. Once the staff member noticed, I was checking my bank statements and getting ready to call Expedia. She claims that she was going to be able to find it if I gave her my ID again for the second time after her, supposedly not finding it the first time. Online it says breakfast is included, but you actually have to pay an extra $15 for breakfast, itā€™s supposed to be a buffet, but you canā€™t even serve yourself when it comes to the hot food. The staff members have to serve you not the worst hotel, but improvement can be made. to add onto that my friend called the hotel before booking the room a month before our stay, and the staff member stated that the hotel has shuttle to pick us up from the airport, but in fact they didnā€™t, they only have two times for shuttles to Disney World, 945 and 11 something. overall staff and hotel amenities could be improved.

I love the fact that it was conveniently located to attractions. It was easy to take the shuttle to the attractions and back without worrying about parking. The facility was clean and the staff friendly.

Basic hotel stay
Only stayed one night and it was fine. Just a regular hotel stay. The AC unit was loose off the wall and wouldnā€™t turn on but after pushing it back on the AC functioned, not a big deal. Housekeeping starts banging on your door at 9 am even though checkout isnā€™t until 11am. I told them we will be out by 11 and they came back at 10 am asking us how much longer until we leave . So that was annoying .

Staff at check in counter was worst part of stay. Half did not speak English. I asked for extra pillow and was told there was no one on staff to get me a pillowā€¦.everyone went home for the day. Staff at breakfast buffet wonderful, helpful and friendly. Shower head in rooms need to be updated
