my room was not clean, there were fries, used bandaids and wrappers on the floor, the bathtub was clogged, no hand soap or conditioner when i spoke to the front desk she was more concerned about her facetime than fixing my issue. i would NEVER stay there again

If you’re spending 80-100 total for your hotel this is exceptional clean, the beds are very comfortable, coffee is great, and pool area is nice with hot tub. I should have booked my entire trip here but ended up at best western on international drive which doesn’t compare. Highly recommend

The hotel was clean, no complaints there. The second night an alarm sounded at 2:00 AM for about 15 minutes, interrupting our sleep. When we reported it the next morning, the front desk knew nothing about it. We were also looking forward to a cocktail in the evening, but the bar was closed both nights. Very disappointed!

No hot water to shower. I advised the front desk and they advised the hot water wasn’t working for the entire building and they weren’t sure if it would be fixed before my 2 night stay ended. A large fan was in the hall and it smelled horrible from wet carpet. The remote in the room didn’t work.

When we checked in our assistant was super. We had has a rough day and she handed us a little bag with 2 waters. We really needed that! Nice touch!! She provided us with a list a restaurants that were close and gave us tips for where to park for ease of access. Stellar customer service.
