Four problems: 1. The room had an odor. 2. The window shade had holes and couldn't be rolled up. 3. The ironing board was present but with no iron. (Staff did helpfully provide one when asked, however.) 4. The reception button on the room phone just rang without an answer. (Staff at desk was attentive however; this may be a staffing issue rather than a staff quality issue.) Ultimately it's a procedures issue more than a staff issue that seems to be causing problems. Need more scheduled diligence.

Stuff is not attentive at all. They dont care about the customer experience. Receptionist and waiters. I know it is trivial. However, for instance: Decaf Coffee was terrible. It was like a water. I challenged them, they resist that it is the best! Simple. They are extremely defensive. In my opinion, Orlando and maybe most of US or everywhere in the globe -??consumer business is about upsell cross sell package deals. Dont fall it - for instance in the sea world, x costs separately, y costs separately etc. Lockers cost $30 unacceptable. Just to remind the consumer to look for quality versus poor experiences - let`s be conscious consumers and dont fall into these poor experiences because they are cheap. This hotel was a cheap choice and poor experience w package deals.

First off when you book through a 3rd party site they dont tell you its a cashless hotel. I reserved the room with a card but wanted to use cash to pay for it. Only until after I booked the room did the hotel send a message stating they are cashless only. The room was nice, staff could clean behind bathroom doors. There was a huge wad of hair and some trash behind the door. The not free breakfast buffet was really good. I would get the breakfast option added to your room because it was $53 for two adults and two kids if not added to the room. It was easy to get in and out of the parking lot and it was right across the street from Seaworld.

This property shouldn’t be open there was mold everywhere I couldn’t breath. They moved me to 3 different rooms and each room was the same way. There was even mold growing on the lamp shade. I had to leave and book a different hotel because I couldn’t breath.

Stayed here with my family while evacuating from Hurricane Helene. The hotel showed well, the rooms were nice and spacious and the lobby had enough seating for me to find a spot to work remotely while hiding out from the Hurricane. Only strange thing is they charge for parking although it is a large surface lot with no security.

The person at the front desk was rude and did not care about the customers. Her name was Melanie. When we arrived, she told us to come back in an hour because our room was not ready yet. I asked her if they had internet because we were only checking in after Hurricane Milton. We were just looking for electricity and internet so I can work. She gave me a scoff for asking if they had internet. She continued to be rude to the other customers. Dismissing their questions and just looking at her phone to watch videos and laughing. We decided we would go get dinner and came back after an hour. She said the room was not ready still and I asked her when the room will be ready. She said she doesn’t know and just scoffed. At this point, there were 15 people in the lobby waiting for their rooms. She continued to dismiss the customers and then went back to watching something on her phone and laughing. She just continued to tell us the rooms were not clean. We waited for another hour and a half. It was roughly around 11 PM at this point. We still could not get our room. People started cancelling and Expedia couldn’t help us either because the property was not answering their call to cancel my reservation. Finally she offered to let us cancel our room. We drove home just so we could sleep. We received a refund but wasted a total of 5 hours going to the hotel and back, trying to get a room. This staff was the worst I’ve ever seen. Not what you expect even from a 2 star hotel.
