Property personal was over the top and number one in service. The property needs some fresh eyes. There was a lot of trash around. The roof by the elevator had a ton of trash and looks like it’s been there for a while. Almost all the building needs some pressure washing. Black fungus is every where as well the sidewalks. All in all was ok.

This is a timeshare property pretty much, not your traditional hotel. Expect upsells and the daily resort fee was a surprise (on top of my Expedia bundle booking). The 1 bedroom felt like a home away from home. Kitchen, living room, bedroom, big soaking tub separate from the main bath was nice. The plumbing/drain from the tub in my unit was clogged. I also slipped and fell throwing the trash out at the chute because of the puddle on the ground from the rain. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. Plenty of dining options nearby, grocery stores, gas stations. Disney theme parks are only 15 minutes away and of course SeaWorld is within walking distance. Suggest staying in a unit closer to the main lobby. It's a big property and is inconvenient walking to the big pools, fitness center, restaurant and on-site convenience store.

Beautiful property
An amazing property. Pool area has poolside drink and food service. Room was amazing. Sooo much room for just my partner and I. Room had a washer and dryer so there was no laundry for us to do when we went home. Close to many restaurants and sea world was walking distance. Only thing is they will try to book you for a timeshare presentation but there didn’t pressure too hard and some renovations happening but was still quiet even during the day.
