Great, convenient place

This is our 2nd time staying here. We love that it’s close to Starbucks, Publix, The Outlets and other restaurants (although chains, but those can be fun). Rooms are nice and staff is friendly.

Lovely surprise

The room and property exceeded my expectations, peaceful and nicely appointed. Close to plenty of activities and restaurants and even has an on-sight cafe and poolside bar if you don’t feel like going out. I stayed an extra day just to enjoy the amenities and relax some.

Used this hotel many years ago was always our preferred accommodation , was unsure after all this time if it would be still as nice and it was excellent was not disappointed The staff on front deck people on the property always acknowledged you and checked that everything was ok . The cleanliness of the accommodation and the entire property is fantastic . The gardens and lake area are all well maintained and beautiful , and peaceful. The pool activities at main pool are superb for families . Food is reasonably priced and excellent .

This property is excellent . The staff are welcoming and courteous . The outside gardens buildings are immaculate and you get a good impression immediately. The security at property gives you confidence. The room and services to rooms are a very high standard and the cleanliness is excellent . Provisions to wash up provided . Towels are fluffy not worn the products provided are of a high quality . Pool and entertainment around pool and towels provided and pool beds in good condition .
