The property was very nice, clean and convenient to Disney Springs. However, parking was very expensive as well as the $40/resort fee add on which was not very well indicated when booking the trip. "WATCH OUT FOR THE SMALL PRINT"

It’s the best.
This is by far our favorite hotel in the area! It’s a Disney good neighbor hotel as well which is also a huge plus! We love staying here! Our kids call it their second home!

Great check in process, very friendly. Proximity to Disney Spring is great, walkable. The lazy river on property is a great feature and restaurants on property. Wonderful alternative to a Disney resort and a fraction of the price. Shuttle to the theme parks are available.

Every night, I was woken up by people talking in the room next to us. Talking, not yelling. The walls are paper thin. Every noise will wake you up because it is like there are no walls! Our key did not work in the door on night three. We had to have someone change the batteries in the door at 11 PM to get in and wait until they left. The house keeping was amazing. Rooms are clean, but you can tell that it gets heavy traffic due to Disney turnover. Make sure if you take the Hollywood Studios bus that you are prepared that you will NOT get there by rope drop. It stops at Animal Kingdom first. The bus drivers were nice and knowledgable and shared tips about the parks. I am going down to Orlando again and besides the price and closeness to Disney springs, I do not think I would stay there again. Unfortunately we did not get to the lazy river, so that may have been a nice perk...

kicked out of a paid room early…
Room is fine. Place is decently nice. Location is great. I had a do not disturb sign on my room and room service banged on my door 1.5 hours before check out telling me I need to check out now so they can clean. I said check out is at 11am and she threw her hands up at me. The front desk gave the most generic cookie cutter response and took no action. If you’re looking to pay for a room and be kicked out early book here. If you want a better experience pick about any other hotel in the area. I’m over at the other Hilton now and it’s far superior.

Nice property and huge pool area. Two down falls are the island hotel we were in is not right near the dining or front desk area. Other issue was shower was warm at best.

Need to specify the tow HILTONS in the Springs AREA!!! booked another room on expedia and was at a diff property approx 3/4 mile away. Please re-name as staff says its a DAILY problem!! your Double Tree is named diff but owned by Hilton, Why cant they re-name one of these properties?
