It is usually a rush to pack and get ready for a trip. From the moment we walked in the aesthetics get your attention. Then the front desk staff smile and invite us to the counter. Immediately I am in resort state of mind. We shopped in a store. We enjoyed a late night drink and appetizer. The next morning we had a wonderful breakfast. Everyone of the staff members we encountered during our stay were so welcoming. There were two large groups in the hotel for a conference. The hotel is large enough for free flow. The elevators were not lagging from the crowds. Everything flowed. It was a nice enjoyable getaway.

We stayed here for our 10 year wedding anniversary. I sent a message to the front desk to see if they could leave a bottle of wine for our occasion. When we came back for the evening, they had a bottle of wine, a box of chocolates, and two wine glasses made of chocolate waiting for us! It was absolutely perfect! They made our day so special!!

Two Hiltons by Disney Springs

Hotels.com should have made it very, very clear on its site that there are two Hiltons literally within several hundred yards of each other that are within walking distance of Disney Springs. However, only one of the Hilton's has a lazy river which is the Hilton we thought we had booked. be very careful when booking!

We like the Disney shuttle to park, but not so great getting back. The parking for our car was expensive per day so plan for this if you are driving or renting a car. The room had some age to it but was clean and AC worked great.

Overall, the hotel experience was nice and the staff was pleasant except for the associate at the registration desk during morning check out. My only complaint in the hotel room was the poor lighting in the bathroom and vanity area. Could use updating and a magnifying mirror.
