The starbucks store needs to be rethought. You provide free coffee and water, but have to stand in line to give them tickets. There should be an express method and the staff need to stop chitchatting. Room and pool areas were great and Alex (pool boy) was very nice with good service.

Great property. Hotel is neat, clean, updated. Pool and furniture is excellent. Rooms were comfortable, quiet, spotless, updated. Mattress and pillows were wondeful. Staff was friendly and always helpful. If I could make any suggestions it would be for the bar to add a couple higher end selections (i.e. NY Strip, 8 oz Filet) if a guest doesn't want to do Benihana or bar food there are very few choices on property. Add a wedge salad to the menu too would be great. 👍 Great job to all staff.

Rooms need renovation. AC was not cold enough. Some bathroom towels had stains or tear in them. Hotel lobby areas has overpowering scent of plug-ins or perfumes that can affect a person with allergies.

Is just a 5 minute walk to Disney springs. The only thing bad is that i found hairs on my bed. They didn't change the sheets.

We loved the convenience of walking to Disney Springs for food, shopping and entertainment. Having a shuttle option to theme parks was perfect! Huge shoutout to Calvert at the Rum Bar! He was a very gracious and informative host during our stay. Be sure to accept his offer to make you a cocktail!

Description of "fireworks view room' was WAY OFF! Window view offered by hotel WAS NOT like one pictured on Expedia, overlooked roof and location of firework display was way off in the distance. Second room booked WAS NOT a firework view room at all, Island Building. And was dirty in the bathroom area. Very saddened by all of this.

Great location; just a short walk to restaurants, bars and activities. The pool area is excellent with two large pools. Hotel is very clean and has lots of choices for food. Can take buses to attractions.
