Rating would have been hire except for parking. Getting in and out of facilities is ridiculous! No attendent, parking machine confuses most people… long lines, people trying to back up with a line behind them, they charge your room for parking then you have to call them to get refunded. Worst than being at an airport!

Love this is close to Disney springs and has multiple pools. Also the options for dining is a good variety. During our stay this hotel was very busy, multiple conferences and groups. The pool restaurant and attendant could not keep up with the crowds. So wait times for food and drinks was long and sometimes you didn’t get your order.

Location is convenient to Disney spring and other Disney parks. Hotel is good but bit old. We’re assigned pet room which was ok due to we had dog. Only dissenting part was soon as we stepped in to room, there were old dog poop on the floor. Hotel offered free shuttle bus to Disney parks which we didn’t know till last day. Wish front desk informed us about it.
