The room felt dated and the bathroom was in need of updating/repairs. The combination light and very loud fan in the bathroom was not good. Also, did not appreciate people in the lobby soliciting the Hilton vacation club program to everyone that walked by. The only thing that we truly liked was the convenience of beinh in walking distance to disney springs.

The beds are very uncomfortable, the blankets are not soft, warm, or cozy, they were more like a thin towel. You have to rent dvds to watch a movie. Not convenient at all! A/C only goes down to 68 degrees, at first the room was stuffy and hot. It took well into the night to feel comfortable and not stuffy. The staff was friendly, and attentive when we needed anything. I will not stay at this location again. Not recommended 👎

The overall experience was ok, but I will not be returning. There are 2 properties. The property I had the reservation for on Expedia the outside of the building (correct) and a lazy river (which was I correct). So the listing is reversed online. Outside of that, the room was ok, pretty outdated. It was clean, but carpet felt dirty to touch. You walk in directly where you walk to the bathroom. That is all fine but the a/c was not pumping. It said 68 by my temp gage sat steady at 74. If you don’t need a/c to sleep, this is a good place for you. Staff was very nice, valet were incredible and Disney springs was very close. Overall I would pick a more updated place to stay with working a/c.

Between a terrible mattress with lumps, and paper thin walls, sleep was not happening in this hotel. For $200/night , I would expect a comfortable mattress at the very least and quiet hours of at least 11PM for those of us who'd like to get some sleep when we pay for a hotel room. I would not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again.
