This is a wonderful property that is well ran and very safe and convenient. The pools and courtyard are so relaxing and clean. The bellman was very professional and helpful. We will be back!!!!!

Positives=Property is close to Disney Springs. Staff is very nice and professional. Negatives= Rooms need renovation, my bathroom door would not shut due to warping of the door. I called maintenance and the never arrived. Room had many flaws and is not up to the “Hilton” standards.

Beautiful grounds, easy transportation options to Disney. Very nice amenities. The hot tub was awesome. Excellent dining choices. John T. was top notch. Staff were extremely helpful. I would return. Although Disney shuttle had signs, I did not find the shuttle until after it had left.
