Property was nice but slides were closed which was a bummer for the kids. The aquatic activities were part of the reason we chose this hotel and we didn’t do much but swim bc the slides were closed and you had to pay for everything else including tubes to float in the lazy river. All activities were ala cart. And the only way you get 50% off the cost of doing activities/rentals is if you do the 90min time share presentation. The beds were not comfortable, pillows are so small and hard as well, and our room smelled weird and super musty. Then house keeping rang the doorbell to clean our room on check out day at 8:30a when checkout isn’t til 10a. We told them we weren’t ready to leave at 8:30a so they hung out outside the door til we left, we felt rushed to get out. It was awkward.

Check in was a nightmare but we loved our villa, right on the golf course. Could use some upgrading, but overall clean! The pools are amazing, especially the lazy river. Would definitely stay here again!

Do NOT book this property through Expedia. This is not Expedias fault, but the property does NOT allow changes to the itinerary and will start a finger pointing game with Expedia to resolve. I ended up paying for a night in my room I didn’t use! I applaud Expedia attempting to resolve for me, but I strongly recommend only booking this property directly. I don’t see why they market themselves through Expedia when they clearly will fraud customers if given the chance!

When we got there we got an awesome upgrade to a better room. I decided to extend my visit and was told all was handled just to find out that it was not and I was told I had very few minutes to pack and leave the room. I went to the front desk and was told I could not cancel the extension. I got a different room but the whole experience was horrible.
