Good stay, poor shuttle service
The room was clean; the bed comfortable. The check in took forever because the reservation was through Hotels.com which I will avoid at all costs in the future. The shuttle experience was horrible; not only that you have to call for the free service (not mentioned on the hotel's website), but the waiting time is ridiculous. After a trip lasting about 24 hours, you are not prepared to wait for an hour and a half for a free shuttle! Especially when the included shuttle was the reason why you booked this hotel! On the bright side, the breakfast was plentiful, with lots of options, tasty and served in a clean environment. Kudos!

The property was not bad, it was being renovated so it’s not as up to date as other Holiday Inn Express and Suites we have stayed at in the past. It was not as clean. Also the first night we checked in, the lady at the front desk (cannot remember her name but blonde hair) she was very rude and not polite at all, kept us standing there will she chatted with a co worker about something was not an emergency. However I must give a shout out to James who was very, very polite and customer oriented, he expressed concern and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Holiday Inn should keep James. Get rid of the blonde older lady.

Waited over an hour for shuttle after calling 4 x’s hanging up 1 time due to being on hold for awhile. Once arrived front desk very apologetic and had a room ready for the 3 of us. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Front desk was overwhelmed by large groups checking in. She was doing her best and apologized many times. We understood completely been there done that situation ourselves. No place to get a meal near by. Apparently there is a bar and grill nearby but didn’t see it. We would stay there again very close to airport and offers breakfast and shuttle was flawless going back to airport

Cancelled my room with no notice until we arrived. Manager came out and claimed she sent a text but that was never received. I got a email at 345pm telling me there was an issue with my card and to contact hotel within 24 hours to keep my reservation. However we were at hotel to check in at 4pm. The manager said she cancelled all rooms with an issue at 3pm if you were not there however check in doesn’t start until 3. This was crazy. The completely booked out and told us there was nothing they could do for us. Absolutely insane that there was no notice. No calls. Nothing telling me we lost the room. Do not book here! Also bathrooms in lobby were disgusting. Didn’t even make it to room to see that condition but judging by the lobby area we had a blessing in disguise and got a much better room elsewhere.

My reservation was for two nights, but I only spent one, since in the morning I had bug bites all over my neck and chest that bite me during that night on bed. they became inflamed. I asked at the front desk for a refund for the next night and they told me they couldn't do it because my reservation had been through hotels. com

The beds are some of the worst thing I have laid on. Front desk lady was so hateful and refused to give us information about places to eat. Took 2 hours to get a shuttle from the airport to the hotel.
