Nice hotel overall

The hotel is beautiful & clean. The staff was very nice. Three dislikes were: the pool was extremely cold all days there no matter the time of day/night, the shower was lukewarm and sometimes cold so we took a lot of cold or lukewarm showers. We never was able to take a hot shower. Lastly the beds, aren’t the most comfortable to us.

Short stay

We had three days in Orlando with our nine year old grand daughter. We enjoyed the pool as well as the excellent breakfast. The room (331) was perfect for us, it was big, comfortable and surprisingly quiet, considering how busy the hotel was.

The cold water was not working in the bathroom only hot water and the room smells also the AC was vibrating and load all night I did bring this to the front desk attention in the morning for checking out and all I got was “ oh wow”

They charge parking like waldorf astoria

All good. I like it. Nice basic hotel. Stayed many times in the past. A lot ..! Not anymore ..... THEY CHARGED $30 PER NIGHT PER CAR and i had my reservation paid by the company ..!! I had to pay from ny pocket. ! This is un-aceptable. They have tons of space and all hotels in orlando has free parking less the superfancy with cover garages. On top of they warned you are NOT responsible for your car ...! Or porperties. And the parking is next to a main public road. At the end the stay ended up like a way better hotel.

Property was nice. Breakfast was what you would expect. I would stay again. Definitely a higher class holiday inn than I’ve stayed in before. Comfy beds, modern feel. And if you are going to SeaWorld, very convenient.
