The front desk were nice but the first room they gave us smelled like dog urine and requested a room change. The second room was okay it had a few non functioning things in the room. I did not like that we didn’t receive room service and when I asked them about it at check out they said it’s only provided for 3 nights stay. They did offer complimentary breakfast but the food wasn’t the best although it was convenient for a quick snack out the door. We also had to pay for parking which I didn’t expect but it was safe.

They do not have daily cleaning, and you have to ask for towels everyday. The hallways are very dirty, it’s nice hotel that just needs some cleanliness. The water pressure is extremely low and at times I felt we would get stuck in the elevator.
