Mostly clean but not good

When you arrive you are greeted by a QR code advising you have to pay a third party company $28 to park. You are then left figuring out an external company’s system and giving your personal information in order to park at the hotel. No water in the rooms or at check in Bath mat in the room had blood stains Keycard access to external doors is shut off until 9am Polystyrene plates and plastic single use flatware at breakfast. No trash cans in the lobby or out front, a little thing but means you end up carrying your trash around looking for an appropriate place to dispose. The TV in the room only had a handful of English speaking channels and most of those were religious channels or old B&W movies. Rooms have a fridge and microwave, but no utensils or plates to use. I stay in Orlando every month and this was my first and last stay at this property

Great hotel - free park shuttles

Great location with a great breakfast which is needed before long days out at the parks. Room was huge and clean. Parking was easy and a good location situated between Disney & Universal studios (short drive to either) and next door to SeaWorld/Discovery Cove. We had a car but the hotel offered free shuttles to the nearby parks.

King bedroom with bunkbeds

Only spent a night here as it was close to MCO airport as well as Disney. We booked a King room, but they overbooked, so they "upgraded" us to a King room with bunkbeds. We only have one child, but of course she loved this & wanted to sleep on the top bunk instead of with Mommy & Daddy in the king. It's really just one room, but the area with the bunkbeds has very high walls that nearly enclose it so they feel separate, and the bunkbed room had a beanbag chair & a separate 42" TV, so parents can watch news, sports, etc.... while the kiddos watch cartoons or other kid's program. The breakfast was decent (eggs, sausage, bagels, muffins, fruti) & the hotel was clean. The only drawback is they charge you for parking, which IMO is ridiculous.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Very convenient place if you're visiting the parks, the Intl Dr, and the Vineland Premium Outlet in CAR DISTANCE. The only cons that I would consider next time I visit Orlando is that I would prefer a walkable area (with some grocery/convenience stores and restaurants) and that they don't do housekeeping daily (which you are made aware BEFORE booking and when you're checking in, but I do prefer coming back from a long day to a made up room haha). But if there are no better options under my budget, I would definitely stay here a third time.

The hotel was fine. But a $26 fee to park my car. Really? It feels like gouging to pinch your guests for a fee to park! I have NEVER payed to park my car at Holiday Inn. Never again

We stayed for one night, the front desk was inviting and knowledgeable. Our room was ready for us and was filled with all amenities that we needed. Pillows were very comfy I’ll say, the breakfast is the best, there was enough for everybody and the workers kept the areas clean and stocked for us. Many breakfast options was my favorite part of my stay here. Will be back if I am visiting Orlando again!

The hotel was in a nice location. The coffee area was dirty and there was no coffee or water in the afternoons. Normally hotels would provide 2 free bottles of water in the room but there wasn’t any.

It was a surprise to be billed an additional $24 a day for parking. Felt that Expedia should have made that clear in the package price as I booked car and hotel and airfare through the site as a package. That was disappointing and seemed deceitful because there was no remedy.
