Great Stay
The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, so I will not hit them for that. I would stay again. I was right next to an elevator, still pretty quite. If I had one thing. Upgrade to smart tv in case customer wants to hang out in room all day. Short of that bring laptop to connect.

Great staff and comfy rooms
The rooms are big and very clean. Beds are comfy. John checked us in very efficiently and was always at hand to provide local information and was very personable. We would also like to thank Maurice for quickly sorting out an issue we had with the leaking shower. There are hot beverages in the lobby 24/7, which is a bonus. The breakfast is limited but adequate. Overall, our stay was very pleasant.

Excellent location. Close to Universal Studios and Sea World. Wide variety of restaurants on International Drive. Room was superb! Very clean and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Check in staff was amazing. The parking fee was not disclosed at booking so not happy. The free room upgrade was very nice The bathroom was old - toilet ran all time, sink wouldn’t drain and water not hot.

Very comfortable stay
Big clean rooms with cosy and comfortable beds. Huge thank you to John for a very swift check-in after our long flight. He was very personable throughout iur stay. Have to also thank Maurice for sorting an issue in our room so efficiently. It was our first stay at Holiday Inn, but it won't be our last.
