I liked that it was close to shopping and restaurants. It was a bit of a walking distance to Icon park but not a bad drive. Would stay again. Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel was clean but obviously needs some tlc...loose tiles in the bathroom and peeling paint on the bathroom doors. I would not stay here again with all the other options in the area.

The good and the bad of our stay.

Loved the room complete with roll in shower. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was very good...not just a continental breakfast. By being an IHG Rewards member i was able to check in at 2p and have late checkout of 2p instead of the normal 4p checkin and 11a checkout. The only thing i did not like was when we checked in the clerk was more interested in placing his video buffet dinner order than take care of us. We paid him $16 cash for parking and told him not to charge our credit card. 2 days later there was a parking charge on our credit card. We called the hotel and got some excuse they were using a new system. Had to call corporate to get it resolved.

The room had a dirty bathroom and sofa bed, strongly smelling of smoke, and they supposedly claim to be 100% smoke-free. On the app, they advertise a $50 pet fee, and they charged me $75. They didn't provide enough towels for the number of guests, nor did they provide sheets for the sofa bed, whose mattress was in terrible condition and dirty. It wasn't a good experience. I won't stay here again. The hotel is very run-down.

Parking fees and paid water

They charge a parking fee per night. Many hotels in the area do not charge this for those staying with them. They charge for every water bottle and you have to be a premium club member to get complimentary water. Forcing us to use their vending machine to buy water everytime. Plenty of other options around that provide free parking and complimentary water.
