The bar staff had one very kind man and one very not kind man. Our room was never refreshed even up until 4pm when we returned from the parks. Pool is great. Interior can be loud after 6:30 am with noise from breakfast. Overall good but with its location to Disney springs they could benefit from an interior refresh.

This is an old-school atrium-style hotel. A few updates done. But it’s not an attractive property. The rooms are fine, but feel damp and smell a little musty. I would not recommend staying

Good hotel that has easy access to shuttles for Disney World. 10 minute walk to Disney Springs. Offers food at certain times of day for a fee. Offers 2 complimentary drinks at the bar and 2 free water bottles daily. This is perfect for families heading to the parks.

If you are going to one of the theme parks and don't want to stay on property. This is a GREAT option. We loved it. However, it is not quiet. Tons of families, Disney Bound and full steam ahead. But clean, spacious, and great rooms.
