Arrived and was greeted by a nice gentleman at 8ish pm. He asked if we had a preference in which level we wanted to stay in and was nice to us. He seemed to need to go to the restroom so he asked if he could gave the breakfast coupons sent to our room. We said yes. Went to our room, the entrance light was flickering. We called to ask for assistance. A rude young lady answered and asked if we wanted someone from maintenance to go check it out. I said yes. Soon after I called back to ask for a room change since I had a feeling it would take a while. We had not touched anything in the room and I explained this. The rude lady responded there were no other rooms available (which was a lie since we clearly were just offered a choice in rooms). I didn't wamt to argue so I just let it be. Sat i. Bed for an hour, hungry because we had to wait for maintenance and they wouldn't show up. I called again to ask what was up. I was immediately put on hold and didn't get any form of human response telling me to hold or anything, just straight to hold music. I waited 3 minutes before hanging up and calling again. The nice young man from earlier responded. I explained the situation and also stated that no one came with the coupons too. He quickly apologized and said he would send the coupons up with the maintenance person right away and they did. Went down for food at 10pm, apparently kitchen was closed. But all menus and ads say they close at 12. Upset we left and ate elsewhere.
