I absolutely loved this hotel stay and the staff was phenomenal. The only thing that I would like to see improve would be the additional fees. If guests are required to pay the fee to stay the night, then upon arrival pay a "resort fee", then a deposit, and then on top, the guests are still required to pay for parking. Other than that, I was obsessed and will definitely be back!

Renovations are certainly needed at this hotel. I was disappointed that a resort close to Disney, was so subpar. We will be visiting this area again, however, this hotel will not be on our list a place to stay.

When I booked I understood the resort fee, but really irritated by the surprise undisclosed parking fee. Disclosing that at booking is the right way to do that. I wouldn’t have booked if I knew there where parking fees on top of resort fee

It was ok for what we needed it, just one night. The bunk beds are phenomenal, but the room itself was super dated, they charged a “resort fee” so I expected at least that the room was nice and updated, but it wasn’t. The room was just old, the shower leaked, the chair that was at the desk was literally scabbing and it looked terrible. I was a little disappointed.

Exceptional
We had to evacuate due to hurricane Milton the service and the way we were treated was exceptional. They made our stay very welcoming like we were family, they didn’t skip a beat when preparing for the hurricane they set up rooms for the kids to keep them busy. They also brought the bar inside for the big kids. I would recommend this hotel/ resort to all my friends.👍

We met up with family in Orlando for the day and night. Lovely hotel We enjoyed the pooil and tiki bar very much. We stay at Holiday Inns when we travel. We were all very surprised that your hotel did not have free breakfast. Maybe just put coffee in the lobby?
