Checked in and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. Complained to reception, and room was changed. Beds were only made but bathrooms were never cleaned and tables in rooms were not wiped, so coffee cup stains and food crumbs were all over the surfaces. Asked for clean towels and nobody brought them, so had to go to reception to pick them myself.We went out and someone dropped towels like 2 hours later.Very Disappointed.

I saw the reviews and I thought it was a good choice but I was wrong!! We are very allergic family and I told please no mold on the bedroom!! They have very comfortable beds but the room needs update Please see the attached pictures My mistake was trust on reviews too much

Carol was friendly and made me feel welcome during the check-in process. I appreciated her explaining what was happening when there was a delay with the computer. I booked this room last minute simply because I was too tired to drive the few hours home and I am saving this resort to my favorites. The mini movie theater in the lobby caught my eye as I was waiting, along with the game room. Between the kind service, the amenities offered, and the location I will be coming back for a longer stay.
