Property was under construction, i was not told this prior to booking the vacation. I was given a $25 dollar a day meal credit, to reimburse me for construction, that was never honored at the resort. EXPEDIA NEEDS TO DO A BETTER JOB MAKING SURE WHAT IS ADVERTISED IS ACTUALLY AVAILABLE.

Run down, good price

We stayed here as a family while visiting the amusement park. It's a large hotel with lots of conveniences. The kids loved the water park. The pool is heated; the slides and play area was not heated and was very cold water. Our hotel room was spacious and had a nice layout. However, everything was a little run down our broken. The bathroom door didn't close tightly. The wall patches and repairs done to the plumbing were not done well and unsightly. Kids liked the bunk beds. I used the gym, and every single thing in there has something broken. There were 5 dumbbells-not 5 weights, 5 totally. Anything under 20lbs was missing. The gym was filthy and didn't look like it had been cleaned in a long time. I was under the impression there were 5 restaurants on site. But really, it's on site down restaurant, the breakfast buffet, and a couple of take away food services like you would see in a mall for court. We got a great price on the room, but be careful what you ask for.

The staff was friendly and very helpful, the cleaning crew was amazing with the kids and myself. On the last day someone stole our bathing suits from the dryer I filed a claim and waiting to hear back on this. Other than that we had a great stay.

The pool was great, the watet slides where freezing and kids refused to do on them. Their wasnt many guests, but check in and anything to do with guest services took a really long time, because they only had one person working. We were late checking in due to delayed flight, so they gave our prepaid room away, but they policy is first come first serve even if you have already paid. We were give one that was in a contruction zone and guest services acted like they did us a favor. We changed rooms the next day as people checked out and rooms became available. The breakfast was great, About $25 a adult, with kids under 6 eating free. Not sure what the age for kids to eat free was, but my oldest is 6 and we never paid. Only down side about breakfast was the options were limited once the hotel had fewer guests. Be aware that you will be paying parking and extra resort fees when checking in. I was aware but if you arent it would be a big payment required at sign in. We had a good time, but would look for different combinations our next trip to Orlando.
