I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly disappointed. The photos online were misleading; the reality was a far cry from what was advertised. The room was dirty, with stains on the walls, sheets and dust accumulating in the corners. Additionally, noise levels were unbearable. I could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms, making it difficult to relax. Overall, my experience did not meet expectations. The cost of this hotel doesn’t match the quality of the experience. But the staff were wonderful.. haha

My room was not ready at check in. The pool/spa closes when families are just getting back from them park activities, and slide very cold did not even use do to that faucet. Elevator need maintenance three that I tried had issues where I felt unsafe and used the stairs

The property was good. You guys just need to upgrade your elevators. I almost fell, tripped over the lifted tile inside of it. Thats truly a safery hazard.

Great place to stay with children—the pool/waterpark and arcade are perfect for kids. This trip was for a hurricane evacuation and the staff did a great job of keeping things as normal as possible throughout. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My family and I really enjoyed the pool and the water slides. The only thing we did not like was the burger place right by the pool, the lady taking orders was extremely rude and was on the phone the whole time. Very expensive also so we decided to not eat there.

So Thankful for the Amazing Staff
We evacuated to Orlando from the west coast of Florida ahead of Hurricane Milton (with my in-laws & two unhappy cats) along with what seemed to be the entire west coast of Florida. Check-in was a 2-hour process because of the influx of evacuees. Lots of kids, old folks, dogs, cats, & even some birds. The staff were cool, calm, & collected. They were pleasant & efficient. Our room was spacious & clean, as was the entire property. They kept their restaurants open & even had a family karaoke party for the kids. We received text messages keeping us up-to-date on availability of restaurants/ pools, the weather, & the hotel's emergency procedures. The staff could not have done a better job during a chaotic, scary time. (We didn't even lose power during the storm!)

Everything that you could think of about staying at a hotel this is the place to pick. It had everything from your littlest kid to even the adults. Sometimes I forgot that I was on vacation and also the staff how nice they were and also when you needed something you get it right away.
