Did not care for the timeshare solicitation. Just want to enjoy my vacation and instead we get bombarded by sales pitches. Hotel room floor was very dirty. My feet were black just from walking from the bathroom to the bedroom. Poor signage. Water park was decent. Was nice to have food options on sight, but quite pricy. Wouldn’t stay here again

The room i stayed in was full of ants. The tub had hair in it upon arrival and after the house keeping came to “clean it”. No wash cloths was provided. It took house keeping two hours to bring wash cloths to my room after a ticket was put in and they lied and said it was delivered and never brought them to my room. The 2bd room suite is very small and doesn’t come with a kitchenette. Other hotels I’m been in the suites are much spacious and provides a kitchenette. The arcade is not included in the resort fee.

I liked the property. I always wanted to check this place out. We come to Orlando often, and decided this time we would. The rooms are nice and clean the beds are comfortable. The market place is nice. They have a great game room and nice food choices that aren't expensive. The breakfast in the am is awesome. So many choices. The pool and water park is really nice. My younger kids liked it. Pool bar is good the drinks are expensive though. The burger bar and ice-cream is a cool easy for lunch and snacks. Overall, its really nice. Not huge and hard to get around. The market place is a really good idea. I would stay here again for sure

Had issues with our room upon checking in. Took about an hour to get moved to a new room. Then there was issues with that room that took about 3 hours and 4 trips to the front desk to resolve. Overall the hotel facitilies are what I was expecting nothing spectacular but would be good for kids. ***Warning*** The Guest Services Counter is to get you enrolled in the Holiday Inn Time Share group. They will tell you it is only a 90 minute presentation. In reality you will be there for 3 hours and they will keep pressuring you to buy into their time share no matter how many times you say no.
