What we thought was going to be fun idea for our little ones to play at the pool turned out to be a not so great idea. The property is undergoing construction. Dont get me wrong the property has a lot of activities to choose from but it we didnt care to stay our whole stay. The reasons are because all the hallways reaked of chlorine and we stayed on the 4th floor. We went to look at the view of the pool and we were turned off by how small the pool was compared to how many people were in it. All I could think about is how much urine is in there. The room setup is nice. We got the two bedroom with bunk beds. The blankets were not clean and the front door had a crevice which you can see to outside. Its a great idea but hopefully the new construction will bring bigger pool area.

Upon arrival I waited another hour in a broken ac building and then was told my room wouldn’t be ready until 10 pm unless I wanted a room in a construction zone and I wouldn’t hear anything but wouldn’t be near amenities or have a view. I accepted because we drove 4 hours to get there for my daughter’s birthday and was charged a bunch of parking and extra fees for the water park that were way more than what was listed when booking but didn’t want to not be able to use them. We got to the room and could absolutely hear the construction and the TVs didn’t work. We got to the water park and it started pouring so we had to leave. When I mentioned to management their response was “sorry for the inconvenience” that’s it. Went to the counter the next day and explained the problems and they offered me discounts but instead charged my account a second time for the full amount I already paid which about cleared me out to where I couldn’t take my kid to her birthday dinner or buy her things at Disney springs. I went to the counter again and they told me they couldn’t do anything but tell me it’ll come back in my account in 24 hours which it is still pending and has not. We left as soon as it was check out time. I was so embarrassed that the experience went so poorly for my girl.

I like the amenities on the property the arcade and the and the restaurants also the water park. Just kept closing it due tot the weather. I did not like that we were placed on the 4th floor and wasn’t told that the elevator wasn’t working.

The rooms were dated and old. They changed my room type. Some of the water slides were not opened and we paid a resort fee it should have been discounted. Staff gave us poor directions to our room. There was only one elevator working and it’s was the slowest one ever.

Had everything needed for a good stay.Pretty affordable for a large family. I would say the check in time 4:00 pm is a little late and I asked for early check in which was not available. I sat outside the hotel for 3 hrs with children waiting for a room to become available. They did make up for it with a later check out time. I would stay again just rearrange my arrival time to the facility.

I arrived to find out that my room had been given to someone else and that there were no more rooms available. They then sent us to a different hotel that couldn’t accommodate us with the same amount of beds. The hotel we were sent to wasn’t even aware we were coming. The hotel we were sent to also had a bunch of add ons that we weren’t expecting that they attempted to charge us for. None of this was explained to me before booking, extra charges everywhere.

Stayed here recently and had mixed feelings. The hotel rooms themselves are average, but a solid choice if you’re traveling with kids our room had bunk beds, which was a nice touch for families. Room service was impressively fast, and the staff we interacted with were polite and responsive. That said, there were some serious drawbacks that made the stay frustrating. Throughout our visit, the hotel charged random amounts to my card with no explanation. It’s now been 6 days since checkout, and the funds are still listed as “processing.” When I called the front desk, I was told, “It’s just something the system does” and that the charges would eventually fall off. Please note the charges were on day 2 and 3 of my stay totaling $462.41. On day 4 I just locked my card to prevent further charging. Their response was not reassuring when you’re watching your money tied up without clarity. Another red flag: the resort fee was raised from $49 to $65 shortly before my stay. I was able to lock in the original rate, but the sudden price hike felt predatory especially in this economy. Overall, not a terrible place if you’re bringing kids and don’t mind a basic room, but the unclear billing practices and unexpected fee increases left a bad taste. I won’t be returning.

Our neighbors were fight and screaming, I requested someone to come and ask them to stop around 12:30 am and didn't get a response till 3:30 am. I jad to catch a flight the next day. The lack of sleep made the long trip home miserable.

The rooms great the pool and waterslide area was great was renovation going on so some areas was not that great and of course everything was expensive but it is a hotel resort so what do you expect but the most ridiculous thing was they charge you for the pool floaties to make sure your kids don't drown for 500 for 2 nights some things should be free to use but not keep sheesh just cash grab on everything and the breakfast was 53$ for 2 adults and 2 children ages 2 and 4 should be complementary I mean even a best Western a low brand hotel give complimentary breakfast and it was sub par wheat french toast sucked
