My stay was ok. The hotel seemed rundown and musty. The floor I was on had trash in the hallway and there were roaches in my bathroom. Will not be staying there again.

Good reception area, once you step in the elevator to the rooms it feels you are in a totally different place. Hallways smells moldy, rooms need upgrade. The rooms are spacious but old. Very small bathroom, outdated. Door from bathroom does not close. There's a huge overlap in door frame that doesn't allow door to close. For the price of the Hotel per night you can stay in a much better Hotel than this. The pool is small, no breakfast. Parking is $25 per night. No snacks available to purchase or bottled water. No convenience stores on site. I do not recommend this hotel. Don't let the pictures fool you. Is not worth it.

The bed was comfortable and the staff were very nice. Unfortunately the room had very few outlets and not many were easily accessible. The sink was a bit leaky from the handle. It did take awhile to get a requested razor. Such as I waited almost 2 hours, had to leave and then it was there upon returning to the room about 12 hours later, not sure when it arrived. It was very nice they provided complementary ice water and coffee in the lobby. I also enjoyed there was a kurig in the room instead of a full blown coffee maker. I would probably stay here again. The view of the universal sign from my room was wonderful!

The location is good but that is the only thing about the property that is redeemable. Their check-in policy is outrageous. They wouldn’t let us check in 10 minutes prior to the 4 o’clock check in time. The bathroom faucet is falling off the halls look like something out of a horror film. I literally don’t ever wanna stay at another IHG hotel again.

On the first day, we noticed a few ants in the bathroom. By the next day, they had gotten into our children’s clothes, which was completely unacceptable. The hotel did move us to another room, but it happened at 1 a.m., we had to move all of our belongings in the middle of the night with our kids. One of the elevators was covered with cardboard and didn’t look good at all and they shut off the water supply to the building at 11:45 p.m. to 5 a.m. This level of inconvenience and lack of hygiene is not what we expected, and we hope the management takes this seriously.
