The night desk clerk (young lady with cool glasses) was kind, helpful, and personable. She made sure we had everything we needed. Our room was very clean. Housekeeping was very thorough. We talked with several ladies and they were very kind. This hotel has a fantastic staff. We were really impressed with the night desk clerk. She went up and beyond for us! We stayed February 7-10 in Room 309.
