First off I paid through Expedia. I paid a down payment, and was suppose to pay final payment when I got to the hotel. The hotel took the whole week stay out at 8am the morning before I was scheduled to be at the hotel. Not only did they take the remaining balance, but also took the down payment again. Then the property blamed Expedia for having our money, Expedia blamed the property. We did not get our money back!! Also the hotel offered us free parking for our stay, which was $100! All they could do to make things right they said. Which still didn’t!! They took our whole week stay out before we ever even checked in the hotel! We got no prepay discount! And yes there was a prepay discount if you chose to pay in advance. Which I didn’t!!! And I got no discount when they chose to pre take our money out our account!! Insane to have to pay parking anyways. But when we were checking out, they literally took the parking out our bank account too!! Told us the RUDE lady at the desk, didn’t write any notes! This hotel and Expedia pretty much stole money from me, and neither would make it right and give our deposit back!!! I will never book through EXPEDIA!!!! And I will never stay at that hotel again!!! It was a holiday inn and suites, in Orlando. I-theme hotel! 5 miles from the Orange County convention center! My daughter competed in ALLSTAR Worlds! We drive 6 hours, got to the hotel at a decent hour, and was dealing with Expedia and the hotels rude staff for HOURS!!!

Quiet stay

Close to the outlet mall. Very quiet hotel. Away from the hustle of Disney but very easy to get around. Lots of places to eat near by.

When I asked the check-in staff about the free breakfast for two coupons I received last time which is why I booked here again as a VIP member, this person said they no longer do that. I stayed in February and had no issues but this person didn't even verify and simply told me I am not entitled to that yet, it was on my expedia reservation as a VIP Gold member.

The hotel is of great value in our opinion. We were happy with the amenities and the area, the staff were friendly, and the hotel offered a shuttle service to the major parks (which we haven’t taken advantage of, but it’s a good service for those planning to visit the parks!)

Very nice hotel. Walking distance to outlets and restaurants. The only downside was the parking fee at $21 per day. Considering there’s a decent size parking lot, we felt this was excessive

Good value for money, hotel was as just as described. Good selection at breakfast, kids are free which was a bonus. Pool was nice, free towels. Washer and dryer were $3 each, so got most of washing done before coming home. What I found disappointing was that there were no recycling facilities in the room or visible at the hotel. To throw aluminium cans, plastic bottle bottles and paper in the rubbish bin felt wrong
