The receptionist was snappy and rude at check-in. The bartender was nice. I didn't like this we were forced to do valet parking. No other options available and I feel that should have been mentioned while booking. Upon check-out we waited a good 10-15 minutes for them to bring the car, even though we requested it before even leaving the room.

Hotel is super clean, location is really nice, walking distance to many restaurants and stores. What I didn’t know is that the hotel charges 35.00 per night for valet and no option to self park, only to try and find street parking which wasn’t really an option for us. Breakfast was disgusting. Waffles were available, but the only other option was premade sandwiches that had been sitting out. Our room was very nice, full amenities, however the bathroom door had no lock, and one of the two queen beds was extremely hard. The valet guys took my lanyard off my keychain. No idea why they would do that, but it was a nice lanyard that I loved.

Room was very nice and clean. Really quiet at night. Parking situation is not very pleasant. Staff are very friendly. Would stay again next time I come to Orlando.

Good location near The Plaza Live but......
The hotel is in a very good location if you are planning an overnight stay near The Plaza Live for an event. The hotel property is right down the street from the venue. However, the bed in the king room was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The refrigerator was not fresh (bring baking soda). A lot of late night street noise as well. Too bad because the hotel is really nice besides the aforementioned issues.
