The hotel is lovely. The parking is a little pricey. Room was spacious. It’s was an easy walk to the Kia center for an event. You can also walk to a plethora of clubs in the area. The breakfast was a little lacking. I was surprised for it being a Hilton brand

Convenient and Decent stay

All good with hotel, rooms very spacious and comfortable. Beds could be firmer but sheets are soft and nice. the valet service is pricey but it is fast and convenient.

Nowhere Near as Good As It Should Be

Problems: * Onsite parking woefully inadequate. Valet parking was $35, and took forever. Difficult even to park temporarily to check in. * Front door literally didn't work without a key, despite the fact that the valets were right next to it. What if I hadn't checked in yet? * Front desk attendant let someone (buying sundries) to step in front of me, without saying a word to me, or even looking at me. Normal human communication, please? * Small shower, no bathtub. * No late checkout, despite the fact that i actually needed it, and I have Hilton status. * Overpriced, as compared to nearby properties. On the other hand: * Quiet for a downtown location, and dark curtain in the window. * Good, solid breakfast, included. *

The receptionist was snappy and rude at check-in. The bartender was nice. I didn't like this we were forced to do valet parking. No other options available and I feel that should have been mentioned while booking. Upon check-out we waited a good 10-15 minutes for them to bring the car, even though we requested it before even leaving the room.
