Great location! It was a quick easy drive to the Magic Kingdom on Saturday and Sunday. Nice clean pool area with a fun slide for kids. Exercise room looked great and there was a laundry available too. Walking distance to Target, Walgreens and restaurants!

This hotel was incredibly clean. The staff was very helpful. The amenities were fantastic. The breakfast was great. It was fantastic for a family. You can walk to anything you need in the area, but it’s also very easy to drive.

They charge extra for parking $21 per car the breakfast is very chaotic and disorganized and poor quality food. An hotel like this should not cost more than $120 per night.

Clean, beautiful facility with a heated pool and an outdoor bar next to it. Complimentary outdoor grills and fireplaces throughout. About 18mins drive to Disney World. Target/wendys/Starbucks/etc. nearby. Warm/cold breakfast included. Laundry takes quarters so just make sure you have enough change as the front desk doesn’t always have enough. 24h coffee bar. Theme parks agent available everyday. Responsive staff. I would stay here again for sure!

Great place for larger families. The room is very big compared to other places for the same price. Great place to stay if you are visiting Disney. We are definitely going back this summer.

No one will tell you there is a $20.00 a night parking fee. Expedia lists the parking as "optional extras" covered self parking fee $20.00. I never stayed in covered parking, the staff upon check in never mentioned a word, just handed me a paper to set in my dash. Only now am I noticing a charge on my card. How is this optional?! The continental breakfast stated it went until 10am. My whole family arrived at 9:30am, they had the whole thing curtained off and were taking all the food away. Very very disappointing. Our bathroom sink drain did not drain and left a huge sink full of water anytime we used it. Our smoke free room smelled like cigarettes and pot. And our room was cleaned twice upon our stay and the shower gel pump on the wall never got refilled. It ran completely out. I had to go down and ask the front desk to have it filled. This should have been done upon the room being cleaned. We have stayed here before with no issues at all. Now I would never recommended this hotel to anyone.

The rooms were great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn't know you have to pay to park your car on the property. Also, I booked this property because it advetised shuttle service to Disney, but found out you have to make reservations 24 hours in advance. The shuttle was already full, so I had to drive to Disney and pay to park my vehicle.

Was surprised by the $20/night parking fee. For a single night stay my card was charged for an extra $40 at check-in for parking and incidentals. Between extra costs for parking, incidentals, resort fees, and taxes the nightly rate gets expensive. No consideration given for Hilton honors members. There are better options in the area that don’t have surprise extra charges for parking.

2 night family stay

This was a 2 night stay before we moved closer to the port for our cruise. This hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly, the pool looked nice, but we got a chance to use it. They did have outdoor grills that you could use and outdoor fire pits for you to enjoy. The only complaint was the breakfast it was not the best complimentary one we have received. Plus it was really busy and we witnessed quite a few very RUDE visitors.
