Overall it was good, the house keeping is not excellent, you need to request it 24 hours before, on top of that when I arrive, I had to request the exchange of pillows because they smell like dirty.

Reasonably good for the price we paid. Breakfast included but wasn't that nice, rooms serviced every other day which i didn't mind but not happy about the huge cockroach in the room we saw on the final night of our stay... free shuttle from hotel to Disney parks, timing not so great. We used it day 1 but all other days just used uber or lyft fast and timely.

Comfortable, clean and close to attractions. We also had views of the many firework shows happening which was a fun surprise. This is our second time staying here, our go to hotel when visiting Disney parks. Much more affordable than Disney and universal hotels.

We found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable for a two week stay. Blanca at the front desk went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She is truly a gem! The housekeeping staff doesn’t incredible job keeping everything clean. The pool was wonderful too!
