The most important thing to know about this property is that there is no real true shuttle to the parks. The shuttle provided by the hotel does not go to Universal. Also it operates twice a day 8:30 AM to the Disney parks and then 530 back to the hotel. There is no additional shuttles throughout the day. I was very surprised and ended up spending on average US$100 a day on Uber aside from this, the hotel was very clean. The staff was pleasant. Breakfast was a full breakfast. Provided the restaurants within the hotel were very nice. Great option for families or pet owners.

Great location to Disney. Does not have a continuous shuttle but you can book in advance through the hotel, it fills up fast. We found it most convenient to drive ourselves. The stay was excellent. Very spacious

Great place to stay near WDW. We’ve stayed a number of times and have more visits planned. Disappointed on our most recent stay though that they’ve doubled the self parking fee to $20/night (and we were told $15 when we checked in), a cash grab - consider this when pricing out rooms if you’ll have a vehicle on site.
