Rooms are the normal suites this location seems older than others Iā€™ve used. Booked on accident and wonā€™t book again. Breakfast was poor only eggs and some random protein not a ton of options. They make you pay for self parking which Iā€™ve never has at any other location. Then you have to scan an app to pay for it which is a hassle. Staff at front was rarely there and the store section is small.

This was my third stay at this hotel, and overall, it remains a clean, modern, and convenient choice. Itā€™s located near plenty of dining options and only a 20-minute drive from the Disney Parks. However, I would have rated it 5 stars if it hadnā€™t been for a frustrating issue with the breakfast hours. We missed breakfast by just a few minutes because of a misleading notice. After returning to the hotel from a special Disney event around 1 AM on Wednesday, we saw a printed message in the lobby stating breakfast was served from 7 AM to 10 AM. The next morning, we arrived at 9:35 AM, only to find breakfast had already ended. The message in the lobby was still up, showing 10 AM as the end time, but the receptionist pointed out a different sign on the wall indicating breakfast ends at 9:30 AM on weekdays. We were puzzled by the discrepancy, especially since the printed note in the lobby was more prominent and visible when we returned late from the park. Unfortunately, there was no apology or offer to make it right. To make matters worse, when we checked out, the misleading notice was still up in the lobby, potentially confusing more guests. Itā€™s a shame, because everything else about the stay was great, but this mix-up was disappointing.

I was very happy and comfortable staying at this hotel. It was very easy to find, easy to park and easily accessible to my room, close to DIsney Springs and the convention center and other points of interest, had a beautiful lake viewable from my room, my room was HUGE, and THEY had a decent free breakfast every morning. Only problem was that the hot water in my room wasn't working properly. It was lukewarm at best. I told the managers and the water was hot that night when I returned, but the next day it went back to being lukewarm. Besides that, everything was great!

There was music playing 24 hours a day coming from the pool area. The elevators constantly broke down. The front desk staff was nice but the breakfast ladies were ruthless. They would not let us use the waffle maker two minutes after 9:30 AM mind you, the breakfast went until 10 AM

The room was a mass, dirty, piss and toilet paper in the toilet, I asked to change rooms and I was told no room was available. It was 8:30 pm, my 4 year old son was hungry and crying, and s I had to check out and look for another hotel. Tried to contact Hotels.com to cancel but could not talk to anyone. I NEED A FULL REFUND FOR THIS STAY AS I HAD TO LEAVE SOON AFTER I CHECKED IN!

We were in town for the Special Olympics. We chose this hotel because we thought it would satisfy our needs with our special needs child. Unfortunately, the experience was deplorable. The air conditioning in the hotel did not work, the breakfast was subpar, the wifi did not work, and I had to go up and down stairs several times with my special needs child because my he room key did not work. This was reprehensible!!!! The worst part was that they had signs on the hotel walls telling us of the issues. If we would have known that before I made the reservation, I wouldnā€™t have reserved. THIS WAS MISLEADING!!! At best, I feel we deserve a partial refund. Regardless, I feel that I have to contact my attorney regarding the mistreatment. No special needs person should have had deal with this absolutely absurd situation.
