Staff when we checked in late at night was super friendly and efficient. Great breakfast with many choices, coffee was hot and good. Room was very clean but huge crack in ceiling and peeling wallpaper in bathroom gave it a shabby feeling. Also elevator had what appeared to be water damage and appeared very worn on the floor. Also our room was at the rear of the builing close to I4 and traffic noise was somewhat significant.

The stay was great, however, we did not receive the room that was booked, which was a king studio. When I inquired about it, they told me they were sold out so they “upgraded” me to a 2 queen suite instead of canceling on me (aka losing money), and that I should see the private room as a plus. However, if I wanted that, I would’ve booked. This made me seem like they cared more about the money than customer satisfaction. They also don’t tell you until you say that you have to pay $28 for parking and they only have about 40 parking spots (parking lot shared with 2 hotels). They provided breakfast which was not something to applaud seeing the outrageous parking fee that you don’t know about until you check in. The room was decent, did not SMELL clean but could not say that anything was exactly lit of place. I did notice that my shower head was broken and literally hanging out of the opening and there was mold on the shower accessible bar. Overall; it was somewhere to stay while exploring Disney.

The hotel was well placed for the parks and for shopping. The room was fine, a few little issues like lights not working. But in all perfectly fine for the cost. Main pool was lovely, if not very cold. Jacuzzi was really warm but needed a good clean. Breakfast was brilliant, eggs and a meat option like sausages. Fresh to cook waffles and a range of fruit options. Plenty of seating and never overly busy. In all a nice stay for a mid price suite.

My family an I enjoyed our room a the space. The hotel was super clean and very clean an quiet. The only thing I’d suggest is the pool. The pool is super cold a the hot tub was cloudy most days. However we enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the water an kids playing and laughing. We also liked the front desk staff and how nice they were to our needs.

Well past time for a renovation.....

Staff were attentive and very friendly. They did a great job, the hotel though is in need of a large renovation. No working dishwasher for a 2 week stay, shower was clogged upon arrival, Shower does not get hot, handle for the shower didn't last the trip, fell off finally and needed to shower in another room. Lights were strobing and I unscrewed the lamps as no one came to change them. It was comical by the end, no fault to the staff that ownership needs to get moving on a renovation. We were out from 9-9 everyday so we didn't spend much time in the hotel. Breakfast had what you needed to get going for the day with kids.

Below average for Hilton

I am surprised this has the Hilton name because the service was not up to par with most of my Hilton stays. First off the parking was way to expensive. Second I don't understand how many times I can ask for housekeeping to come give us towels and to take out trash it took them almost two days to come. Then everything was out of order such as the ice machine and the pool heater the pool was freezing I know it has a heater because other people who stayed before said it was. The breakfast was very mediocre The good thing was the lunch and drinks I did enjoy that. Also right before we checked out around 9:00 a.m. even though check out the 11:00 a.m. housekeeping knocked once and came in our room like that doesn't make any sense where is our sense of privacy. I wont be coming back to this hotel.

Staff is amazing, the breakfast is really well though and through. However, I don't know about other suites but mine was lacking a safe box, the shampooes were never replenished, the wall was all scratched by the table, the door of the bathroom with marks of being hit by something, among other details, it feels as if they just bought it or they are planning to sell it. I would recommend it if the price is low. Like I say, the staff is great, the breakfast is amazing, the location is fantastic, but don't expect a good maintenance team
