Everything is perfect; the only thing the room had snows and I had to have it wrong so I had to buy repellent and the pools and jacuzzi were dirty; the toaster in the breakfast area was ruined and never repaired; the food took a long time to serve it; otherwise very good; I will return and hope to improve the exposed.

I had an executive suite. It was very nice. Only thing I did not like was it was a walk in shower and I preferred a bath tub. But overall it was clean and definitely cold. I did get a digital key but it wasn't working when I got there. Being on the 4th floor and having to walk and find the correct elevator to get to the lobby was a bit much. I requested the digital key because I knew I was going to be there late and I wanted to go straight to sleep and then having to walk and find the elevator and wait in line for about 7mins was terrible. But the front desk staff was really nice and gave me a hard key. My stay there was great. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Lots of things didn’t work
The staff were amazing and so was the breakfast. The Mickey Mouse waffles were a fan favorite. Having said that our first room was horrible. The pull out sofa was broken, the phone wasn’t working, and the bedroom light didn’t work. When we found out that the pull out wouldn’t work I asked for a rollaway bed, but the only one they had was already in use, so we had to switch rooms. They gave us another room where the faucets were very loose and it was difficult to switch between hot and cold water. They were also running out of hotel keys. We’ve stayed at other properties in the past and were expecting a lot more. This was NOT the homewood suites experience that we are typically used to.

I didn’t like that there was no cameras in elevator or hallway. One of the doors we was coming in wasn’t locked. The blanket felted like a curtain.

Too many things gone wrong
The service was impeccable, but this hotel needs to be renovated. Room had plaster falling down from the ceiling, hole in shower ceiling, nails that were exposed from a workout carpet and it smelled bad. Carpets throughout the property had stains. We had the biggest suite and they offered to move us, but had none of the same suites available. They gave us adjoining rooms, but as we packed up all our stuff and went into the rooms, the locks on both doors were faulty!! One was not opening and one was not closing!! But worst of all one of the rooms was sooooo smelly that they used a heavy deodorizer to mask the smell. The front desk staff and assistant manager were very helpful, but I would not stay at this property ever again. I was surprised that Hilton put their name on this place.
