Bathroom gan was not working. We had a school show up and had around 100 kids. They took over the area for breakfast and we were told we have to wait until after they finished and had a meeting before we could have breakfast and the kids were scattered across the floors and were running up and sown the halls knocking on doors management didn’t seem to have much control Overall i stay a hiltons quite a bit, yhis was very disappointing while we weee in vacation

The parking is not included and it was $32 plus tax per day. For a full week that we were staying in the hotel it was an extra expense not taken into consideration.

The location it's great; near by shopping center and the amusement parks. Breakfast is very good. The parking fee took me by surprise and I thought it was a little expensive because we were out basically all day. I was little upset with the cleaning service of the room. We stayed for six days and they updated the room just once. I had to asked the front desk for new towels and dishwasher soap to the dishes because we cooked every day in our stay. The kitchen feature was the one thing that made us booked our stay. Other wise we had a great time.

They charge $30 a day in a non gated parking lot. We rented a suite but its tiny and cramped. Rooms desperately need an update carpet is very dirty. Over all i would not recommend this hotel. We've been to Orlando numerous time and this is the first bad hotel experience we've had.

they had me in room 400 where the lock on the door wouldn't lock, and they had no more rooms to give to me, so i couldn't go out, i had to put a chair and my luggages by the door so i could get alittle sleep

Too many things broken

There were a lot of things wrong with our room. First, one of the tv remote controls didnt work. They gave us a new one but it didn't turn on the tv, we had to do it manually. Second, the sofabed was broken so they ended up giving us a roll away bed. Third, the iron was broken, but they did provided a brand new one. Fourth, the microwave was broken. We told the staff three times and was never fixed during our stay. Their solution was to allow us to use the breakfast bar microwave, which it was inconvenient since we had to bring our food from the suites wing on the fifth floor to the lobby. Last, two ligths bulbs were out and replaced after I notify the front desk. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. But we had too many things not working for the price we paid for our stay.
