It was in what seemed to be a pretty safe area. The hotel itself and our room were clean. The only issue we experienced was with the shower. Somehow water was getting underneath the glass door and a puddle would form on the floor. Not a huge deal.

We had to switch rooms because the mattress was stained! The room was not clean! Dust in places people normally would look! Toilet wasn’t properly cleaned and there was hair in the shower! Too much trouble to book elsewhere! Breakfast was HORRIBLE!!! I do not remember eating here !!!

The front desk Justin Amd Jeany are super nice! Very patient, everyone is nice! So easy to go to universal studio or epic with the free shuttle bus, but make sure you book the day before first thing yiu wake up, they are quickly filled.
