THIS WAS MINE AND MY HUSBAND FIRST TRIP TO ORLANDO AND WR CAN HONESTLY SAY IT WAD A GREAT PLEASURE THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE STAY THE STAFF WAD WONDERFUL IN EVER ESPECT IN SEE TO OUR NEED NO MATTER HOW MANY TIME WE ASK THEM QUESTION OR FOR HELP I HONESTLY CAN'T WAIT TO GO AGAIN KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB AND THE GREAT SERVICE ALWAYS WITH A SMILE.. OUR ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THAT THE BREAKFAST BUFFET THE FOOD WAS GREAT BUT WAS COLD .OTHER THEN THAT NO COMPLIMENTS WAS BEAUTIFUL

Only concern I have is the service. I ask to get a light housekeeping after 2 days we checked in since it’s a party of 6,and especially the washroom. Didn’t get the service done apparently because there is a DND (Do not Disturb)I forgot to take in the door which is understandable but then they could have break it since I put in a request. Request again and this time put a full housekeeping request including changing the linens, we came back at night, same thing nothing has done but reception confirmed that I put a request for the second time. Appreciate that the MOD that night, August 21 made an effort to find someone ends around 9 pm to do an urgent linen change and light vacuuming but was is annoying the man came to do it throw some attitude and says “He is sent to do it but it’s not he’s job’” .I mean as a guest I find it so rude for him to say that. Understandable it’s not his job but say it to the manager you are working with not to the GUEST. So he try to make the guest feel bad that he was sent for the job that he is not supposed to do. I mean if there is a short of staff it’s not the guess problem but instead as a good quality service he should apologize and explain in a nice way.

The property was close to Universal and was quiet and well kept. Staff was helpful as well. Shawn at the front desk was always willing to help with transportation arrangements to the parks and the breakfast staff were pleasant. I only wish they had coffee 24 hrs and that the shuttle services had an earlier affternoon picknup like 3:30. But overall the Hyatt was a nice stay.

Very nice hotel, clean, modern and the staff is very welcoming. I stayed only one night but everything was perfect. The breakfast was good as well, just little bit hard to find a table. The suite was spacious and clean. Very good! I would recommend!!!

The staff were always helpful. The property was up to date and clean. Daily breakfast was good. Others complaining about reputation but there was a little variety from day to day and options to switch up your plate if you wanted. The proximity to the parks was great and even if you could get the shuttle at the times offered Lyft and or Uber were quick and cheap. My family and I would surely return.

Great place, highly recommend
Great room for families, with a kitchen. Amazing variety of foods at breakfast, and the staff is incredible, especially the kitchen staff ladies, so kind, giving out warm cookies to my kids. We loved that it had the perks of being close to universal, and the cost lower than hotels within the resort.
