Staff was very helpful and friendly. Great spot to stay if you are visiting universal, they have a bus that takes you right to the park.

Great hotel
We were suppose to have a two night stay here but because of a storm and flight cancellations we only got one night before our cruise. We wish we could have had more time. It’s a really beautiful, clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great! We mostly likely will be back!

First the phone in the room was not working! Reported and nothing was done! Rooms are not clean unless you stay more than two nights! I don’t go to hotels to make my own bed and pick up towels!! Conclusion will not stay at Hyatt Place!

No one was to be found at 2 am when we got back from HHN on Thurs night for approximately 10 mins, which was strange. The paying to park is awful as well. I dont know why that is a thing now. Otherwise very nice place to stay.

One of the best places we’ve stayed in. The studio room was awesome, very clean, spacious and comfortable. Kitchenette and mini fridge with freezer was a plus. Two flat screens was a nice feature for my family. Everyone loved the breakfast (included) which had something for everyone and always well stocked - except for utensils…they seemed to run out of metal utensils often and substituted with plastic. Staff was exceptional, always going above and beyond, especially the breakfast staff. One of the best features of this hotel is within walking distance to universal studios theme park. We didn’t have to worry about transportation or parking at the park because we did the 20 min walk there and back, just awesome having freedom to come and go at your own pace! Overall it’s an awesome place to stay. We will definitely be back for our universal studios vacation.

The only thing is they upgraded us. And there was a bunk bed in the room we didn’t need that it’s just me and wife . We’d prefer just king bed with no bunk beds
