The amenities provided at this this airport hotel were fantastic.. Great food at Carrabba's, several other dining options within walking distance. Check-in/out was fast, pool and gym facilities were clean and available. The room also included a microwave which was much appreciated.

No florida oranges for breakfast
The breakfast fruit was old. I wanted oranges because its florida and they tasted old. Hot breakfast was good. Pool was good. Front desk woman and Jorge were wonderful. White man never helped us, was rude and catered to whites only.

I great hotel stopped night prior to & after a trip from MCO able to park car & leave luggage for the duration of our weekend trip. Great staff on reception, breakfast ideal & room was clean & spacious. Would’ve made more use of pool if weather on our side.

I expected a higher end place with a bar and a restaurant. We arrived just after 9 in a Saturday and remarked we paid a lot expecting these to be available and she said they closed at 10. I held up watch and pointed out it was not even close to 10 yet and all I got was a shrug. Rooms are decent but not what have come to expect at this price point, felt really ripped off. Bed was hard as rock. Will not use Hyatt again after this. Could have stayed at 50 places for less than 1/2 this price. No joke There was a trailer set up in back with someone living there. Unacceptable on so many levels. I was going to post a picture of the trailer but for some reason it won't let me.
