The shuttle experience from the airport to the property was horrible. The driver was unfriendly and was slamming the doors. We generally always stay at Embassy suites but thought we’ve give Hyatt a shot - Embassy suites shuttle showed twice while we were standing for 40 minutes waiting for our shuttle for Hyatt. It’s such a short distance we could have easily have taken a Lyft in moments. No excuse for 40 minutes. I’m not a person to ever leave a negative review (EVER) but when you’ve got your 3 children and grandbaby - starting a Disney Vacation like that isn’t the best way to kick things off. I was disappointed to say the least. Back to Embassy Suites in the future!
