Besides the washing machine being out of order. The hotel was good, local and close enough to theme parks. In addition they have shuttle for those why are not driving

Great family place to stay!

Great place to stay with family and is about 5 mins away from Universal. I would definitely stay at this location again in the future. Very clean, and staff was friendly upon arrival.

Couples 2 night stay in 1 bed suite

The hotel is nice and simple. Parking was free which is a nice perk in the US. Breakfast was included and had a few options but was full at 9am. The pool is ground floor next to the car park and probably could not spend the day there. The room was clean and spacious (1 bed suite on top floor), with microwave and a stove top / hob and large fridge. Sofa was comfy and tv to watch and chill. Only problem with the room was the air conditioning was loud when running and woke us up multiple times during the night. Disney parks are about 30 min drive away. There is a shuttle to universal parks that runs twice a day (8 and 11 am out and similar times in the pm back). It is around 10 mins drive or you can get a local bus.

We LOVVVVVVVED everything about this hotel. Not even ONE detail fell short for us....Even the smell was "appealingly fresh and clean". The suite was PERFECT, cleanliness PERFECT, amenities DEAD ON, Front desk PERFECT, quietness, surrounded by all we could want or need, safe parking, comfortable beds/pillows, and A/C WAS FANTASTIC (I get hot flashes!). Design was very well done! We will DEFINITELY staying here again! Its a "10" for us and we don't stay at "subpar hotels".

The staff are commendable, nothing was too much trouble and after a very long journey, a smiling and friendly face was the uplift we needed. A bit disappointed that no spirits were on sale at the bar, but understandable as they are awaiting their licence. The bathroom could do with a little attention. I think there might have been a flood from upstairs and hair around the bath. But nothing to put me off staying again.

We found a human tooth on our lamp near the bed side. The fact that the cleaning staff didn't see it and clean it up is a concern. Plus that was a huge turn off and we lost trust of how clean the rest of the room would be. The staff were great and the facility is awesome. But all of that went to the side because of the human tooth spotted on a lamp in the second bedroom.
