The bar keep, Michael, made our trip so much fun. He had lots of info about Universal Studios and helped us have an even better time. His espresso martini would make us choose this hotel every time

Hyatt Place Is 5 star hotel and all the employees is very nice. The breakfast so good and the room pretty clean and comfortable. Totally recommended this hotel.
