Excellent experience during my stay. The room was spacious and everything was very clean. The bed was very comfortable! Id definitely stay here again. The hotel is under renovation and i must-have stayed in the newer section. Even with renovations everything was clean & quite.

Yuck!
Our room was filthy-stains everywhere. We had to stay one night but left 2 days early and went to the Marriott. They started construction right above us at 8am on Saturday morning.

Property is good and nice.the staff members were not helpful at we had incident drink spilled we called coustmer service to change the sheets they didn’t come to change we let them know about that on front desk give us new sheets and blanket they didn’t change the sheets left on bed and left without giving any comforter and blanket we called them they were very un helpful they made our stay bad at Hyatt hotel otherwise it was good i always choose Hyatt for my stays or going out on vacations there service was bad all other Hyatt I have been have very extra ordinary service.

The hotel was under renovation, so stairwell and parts of building were blocked off. The room has a nice layout. Staff did not speak English as fluently as needed for good communication.

The property is under renovation but we stayed on the 3rd floor and had no disturbances from the fourth floor. We arrived in Orlando early and thought we would see how early we would be able to check in and were pleasantly surprised that they let us at noon. It was very clean and staff was very helpful. Have family in the area and will return to this property
