Good comfortable space mediocre service.
They offered house keeping daily then never showed up to service our room. We had to call the manager several times to get service. They also left our door open after a servicing, luckily nothing was missing when we returned later that night. We had the showerhead changed because it was very poor pressure. The toilet seat kept sliding because the back part where the screws are were loose on one side. They give you shampoo conditioner and shower gel in pump bottles on the shower wall. Our shower gel was broken and never replaced, we brought our own anyway. The kids had a good time in the pool, it was heated and was comfortable on a 65 degree day. The beds and pillows were comfy. The family room with bunks was a good size for our family of 6. The hotel was nice overall it was just the service that left room for improvement.

Breakfast selection is average and service is absolutely terrible, they don’t replenish food and there is no human being managing the breakfast area. It’s a hot mess. Rooms are good.

The room was spacious and clean. Need to offer more assortments of breakfast foods. Also more regular coffee in the rooms. When the room is cleaned during stay, make up the bed.
