The hotel was beautiful. The room service was awful. We had to ask for clean towels, sheets and dustbin liners. Within tbe price, water was supposed to be included. Not on request. Tbst was the only time, it was left for us. Once we did not have to ask. Sadly, it let the hotel foen. We were given a reduction. Thst helped. Disappointment

Ridiculous “resort fees” that basically pay for you to get a discount on services from the hotel that you may or may not even be interested in. $ on ur weekend trip. Then let’s talk about parking. Your cheapest option is not cheap and is self park which of course is a pretty far walk from the hotel. Valet being out of my price range per day. Room was never cleaned during my stay sheets not changed. A friend of mine checked in directly next to me with the same style room booked for the same amount of days yet my additional charges were the same cost as booking the room almost upon check in when his were significantly less . Paying online for your stay is certainly not the last bill you will receive. There are several other costly expenses you should expect once you get there. Had I known all of this I would have booked a nicer resort or just chose stand AIRBNB

This place is heaven!!! My family loves it!! We came here twice, for my daughter’ birthday and returned for my birthday and we are planning to be back every year!!! The resort is out of this world, amenities are amazing, all the staff extremely nice and helpful! Great restaurants with the best food! I totally recommend!❤️❤️
