After our airline closed the door early to our flight and sent us away with no luggage we booked the Hyatt in the Orlando airport. What turned out to be a stressful evening changed once we made our way to the Hyatt counter. The lady at the counter was so helpful even giving everyone in our family a toothbrush since we were empty handed. Our room was comfortable and I had a great steak at McCoys to make the best of the situation. Not sure I will ever use the same airline but I'm sure I will be back to the Hyatt Regency.

The hotel itself was great! I dont appreciate the housekeeping staff just barging into my room when I said just a minute after they knocked. She was in my room not once but twice before I even made it to the door. The third time she knocked, I yelled through the door that it was check out time yet.

After we checked in, our air conditioner was clicking. Maintenance came immediately, found the problem would take a few hours to fix, and took care of moving us to another room before we unpacked. I was impressed with their quickness and attention. This will be a great, convenient stay before being whisked to our cruise.

I was given a room that was already occupied. And then my final bill was $50 more than expected. I also checked out the room non contact and I never received a receipt or an email. We were gone long before the stated departure time. Room was nice, but the rest of this isn’t as nice.
