The location of the property was ideal for me. However, I was on the 3rd floor and elevator was not working. Also, I was not informed that my room was not going to be cleaned. When I arrived back to the hotel after a long day, my room was not cleaned and there were no new towels. I called front desk and was informed that for 2-nite stays the rooms are not cleaned. Just saying that I should have been informed about this policy.

Not happy was stay . Had no cribs when I asked requested one ahead of time . Carpet was dirty that my children couldn’t be on it their clothes literally had dirt stains from being on carpet. Bathroom had mold and room smelled like bleach .

I am a woman by myself, and I was put in room116 in the back of the property...not safe. The room was extremely dirty. The toilet was filthy. The appearance of the shower was disgusting. I did not stay and did not get a refund as I don't care because I am not staying at this delapated property. I had to book another hotel.
