Worst stay

Reserved a king size bed…got a double. One bed had a huge hollow in the middle. Went to take a shower in the morning and shower was scalding…no cold water!

Its the cheapest in the are for a reason. These was no toiletries. The toilet and shower ran constantly. The fan in the bathroom didnt work. The pool was full of leaves and debris

This hotel needs an upgrade. We stayed a week and the room was not cleaned once. Very little water from the shower head. My socks got very dirty from walking on the carpet.

The property looks completely different than online photos. The rooms themselves were dank and lacking in amenities. There was an additional hold on my credit card that I was not aware of previously. The lock on the door to the room was shabby and brings safety concern. There is a foul odor in the room and the bath area was absolutely horrendous.

The location of this hotel sucks, the appearance of the rooms are garbage and the bathroom were horrible. You can never adjust the hot and cold water. The water was so hot that we almost got third-degree burns from this outdated facility.

The room did not smell clean. The one half towel on the rack had a red mark on it. Seems dirty, I hope it was lip gloss or lip stick. I was too tired to ask for another room, it was a late check-in.

The pool was not clean. The bathroom wasn't very clean either but the bed was clean and comfortable. It worked for what we needed so we did not have high expectations.

When I asked for new towels, I got questioned. They said they only clean the rooms and do housekeeping or replace towels every three days…. And they did not come until my sixth day there I had to keep going to the front and asking for towels and toilet tissue. And they had an attitude about it.

Biggest issue was no airport transportation Taxi service very expensive for a short ride. No one wanted to help you with Uber transportation it was less than half the cost of a taxi. The pool did not look as good as the photo. It was close to the airport

Upgrade

The property needs to be knocked down and rebuilt. It needs to make a major upgrade pieces of walls falling and ceiling not patched right now. We just needed to stay there for the next day to leave at the airport. So for that, one night wasn't so bad, but I would not stay there longer. The only good thing about the breakfast was the waffles. Everything else was right. Not so good, especially the boiled eggs.
