I arrived late , was surprised that there is no soap, no shower gel provided, and no bottle of water ( everywhere I stayed before small bottle of water was provided). Extremely noisy, paper walls so you can hear your neighbors and people outside like you’re in the same room . I guess it’s okay for one night since it’s really close to the airport but not more than that

They told me they will offer room service on the 3rd day and when i went to ask, some chubby guy at the desk who was assistant manager said its on the 4th day. So i stayed from Wednesday to Saturday with no room service. Was disgusting

This hotel is decaying in a bad way. The elevator on the back of the building is a total mess, dirty and abandoned. I stayed 4 days and they didn't service the room during my stay, I had to do the bed, throw the garbage and clean the shower and toilet. The wifi didn't work and nobody was able to help me. I had to share wifi from my phone to be able to use my computer. The pool and spa were so dirty, There was a guest trying to start the spa and he said it was cold and that it wasn't working. The rooms were also smelly like they pour a lot of a product to cover a bad smell and it was very unpleasant, I had to leave the room door for at least 10 minute so the air was exchanged and manageable. It is a shame cause it was a decent hotel that was a good option, but now it is a no go place.

Nasty employees; filthy, disgusting room.
Employees were rude. Upon arrival, housekeeping had forgotten to put any soap or shampoo in my room. I called front desk and they said they would take care of it. No one came. Four hours later I called again and was rudely told " we don't do room service. If you want some come to the front desk after 3:00 and we'll call Housekeeping and ask them to bring some to the front desk. Toilet bowl was filthy. Brown stains. Was going to attach a photo but it was too gross. Dresser door smashed in and dangling. Microwave and mini-fridge were missing. Splatters of a certain sort on the headboard behind bed. All in all, a filthy, nasty place. Bring some old shoes to wear on their carpets unless you don't mind them or your socks to get black on the bottom.

Nothing fancy but a comfortable stay. Front desk was nice upon arrival. Breakfast was standard issued hotel breakfast. Only downside was the microwave didn’t have the glass turntable in it so I couldn’t use it but other than that everything was good.

The staff was great. friendly and accommodating. The room was nice other than the filthy floor. I know it's a dog room, but the floor was nasty. It should be steam mopped after each guest with dogs. I won't be staying here again.

Bedroom had humid smell. Beds were very uncomfortable, mattresses felt horrible and overused, they sinker in the middle. Even the fame was not the size of them and the mattress had parts not supported. Soundproofing was very bad you could hear EVERYTHING on thr hallway and next door bedrooms. Even had to complain to front desk of the noisy neighbor. Now it is a 2 star but been in other places with same star rating and were better. Dont thing will be staying there again.

Very dirty. Hair ball was the first thing I saw on the floor in toilet. Then there was an old plaster and piece of a tag under the sink. It was there for the duration of our stay. 4 days. 3 out of 4 days I had to walk down and ask for towels and champoo even when they wrote down we wanted service. One morning house keeping just walked into the room without knocking or announcing. Lucky latch was on since my wife just got out of shower naked. Each day we had to walk down and get new keys since they only worked for one day. You are also not able to put any purchase on the room account so had to walk up to room for credit card so I could get laundry detergent. Aircon in room had mould visible so did not want run it and get sick. Due to this room was very hot. Would not recommend the hotel due to the cleanliness. Bathtub was very slippery due to not getting cleaned properly so there was buildup of soap.
