La Quinta is a wonderful place to stay, thanks to the best staff ever! Yvonne, Melissa and Kimberly are the gold trio. They are soooo nice, always with a greeting smile on their faces, always doing everything possible to make the guest stay pleasant and comfortable. The room is great, clean, big and with fridge and a microwave. The area is excellent, near everything possible. From shops to convenient stores. The breakfast is very good, I really enjoyed my morning waffles and the delicious bagels. I could not have chosen a better hotel. I will surely go back to Orlando to stay at La Quinta, with these wonderful ladies.

I booked the hotel because it had a hot tub but it was broken. After driving for 5 hours that would have been nice to use. The swimming pool water was cold so we couldn’t use it. The room key didn’t work very good gave us a hard time. Our room was just okay. No exhaust fan in the bathroom.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a trip and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants that really enhanced my visit. While the rooms were a bit outdated, they were comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised by how cozy the bed was. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was conveniently close to various attractions, restaurants, and activities, making it easy to explore the area on foot. Plus, being near the convention center was a definite advantage for my trip. The hotel itself did show signs of wear and tear, but it remained functional. The breakfast offered was basic and lacked variety—especially in terms of protein options like eggs—but it served its purpose for a quick start to the day. The elevator, too, was quite slow and worn, yet still operational. Considering the price point, I would definitely stay here again for its convenience and the overall comfort it provided during my visit.

How on earth, this hotel, got the rating it did, amazes me..had to walk through clouds of cigarette smoke at the entrance, reception staff, were more interested in their phones, bedroom was disgusting, carpet filthy and very dated, was placed by a dog friendly bedroom, after hour and half of distressed dog barking, husband went down and moved rooms at 10.30pm....couldnt get Internet to work, we both spent 5 days without use of Internet whilst in hotel, the hotel staff was as much use as a chocolate fireguard .. breakfast was different, catering staff never attempted to clean tables , so guests had to wipe down tables, actual breakfast area, was filthy carpet was heavily stained... hallways carpets in same state, only one lift working for 7 floors, and that lift was stinking of oil, never been cleaned, ruined dress as grease on lift door, the door was buckled as scraping as it opened,did not install safety....I haven't got enough words left to use to describe this hotel, it needs to be closed and a total refurbishment.their is a lot of untruths being written about this hotel, it's no more than a bad hostel. Does Hotels.com check these reviews, for themselves?? This hotel is playing on the fact of its location is close to Icon Area, and I drive..Pool area was bad, seats and loungers so old and dirty, we couldn't use.....remove this hotel from properties list..
