Ready for a makeover
This hotel needs a facelift and for two serviceable elevators. Overall, it was very inexpensive and relatively close to the convention center. The staff was helpful and polite. My bed was less than comfortable and the mattress should be replaced. It’s a mixed bag and if you are on a budget, it’ll do in a pinch.

Lobby furniture absolutely filthy and torn up. Come to find out there is a dog show nearby, so all kinds of dogs in the hotel. Disgusting. Go to my room, and it is filthy. To top it off, dog POOP smeared in the carpet. This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever been in. La Quinta should be appalled at the condition of this hotel.

Elevator was broken. They put me on the 7th floor and didn’t tell me the elevator was broken. Room was gross. Lamps didn’t work. Card didn’t work for the door so back down I had to go and wait 30 min for the only working elevator that the cleaners were waiting at every floor to get on w big carts. Hot tub roped off w yellow tape. Pool was disgusting.

Second time staying in this hotel, Melissa from the front desk took care of everything, explained breakfast time, took car of the parking. Bed was comfy and neat. Room spacious. Didn’t have chance to get in the pool, it was chill

The property had an odd smell. When we got to our room, we noticed roaches. After switching rooms, the gave us another one on the same floor. Seen a roach again. It was a horrible experience. I just canceled the stay as a whole and gone on to another hotel. The property seemed rundown and the big problem was a major issue.

Overall a nice property, the elevator was down for a few days but I take it that since it was the weekend it’s hard to get a service for that so I wasn’t too bothered, I got my steps in being on the top floor 😂. The breakfast was yummy, my kids loved it, super convenient. The bed was super comfy so we’re the pillows. I definitely would stay here again.

The stay was quite good, comfortable and clean room, good location, we were able to go to several places walking, and leave the car in the parking lot, only at check-in the assistant was a little angry.

Upon checking in, 1st door was jarred open and it was very hard to open, so we were switched to the top floor. The next day switched again. Room was great, thanks Dakar for going above and beyond. The beds were uncomfortable but it outweighed the scenery which was perfect.

Good stay option near to Icon Park
Our stay at La Quintaa was smooth. We thank staff for keeping room clean everyday. You guys did great job! The room however had old carpet that was clean but looked dirty and one of the queen bed mattress was going deep inside upon sleeping, these were a bit off factors hence a star less for comfort. Breakfast was okay with same options everyday. All in all, a decent stay with family.
