We stayed at this hotel from May 13 to 18. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined — we were bitten by bed bugs. At first, we didn’t realize it was bed bugs and thought it might be mosquitoes. However, after checking out, the bites continued to appear over the next 10 days — itching, red marks, and discomfort. We reported the issue to the management. Later, we received a response saying they conducted an inspection and supposedly found nothing. However, we are certain the bites came from this hotel — we didn’t stay anywhere else, and the symptoms started during our stay. A very unpleasant experience. We’re disappointed and do not recommend this place. We hope the management starts taking such complaints seriously — this is a matter of guest health and safety.

The onsite laundry was broke down so I was having to transport my dirty laundry over to the property next door. Then they would not supply me with quarters at La Quinta, and also had to get quarters from the property next door. The front desk staff were not super approachable, and the prices of the food they had on site was priced too high. I paid $10 for 2 sodas and a candy bar!!

Facility had utility problems which never got resolved during our 2 day stay. Front desk person would not take requests and complains on phone. He made us to always come all the way down to the front desk. The manager never bothered to contact even though front desk personnel kept promising that he would. No compensation so far for the inconvenience caused. The rooms smelled stale and that remained like that for the whole stay. Very disappointed and will not recommend to anyone to stay here.

The hotel was reasonably priced and appeared clean and well kept until we got to our room. As soon as we opened the door it smelled like a musty swamp. We turned down the ac to try that. No luck. Then went into the bathroom and it smelled of sour milk. I never write bad reviews or complain. It was bad! My kids wanted to sleep in the car. The front desk did switch us to another room and it was noticeably better but still not good.

Good place to safe!

Grandma and Granddaughter vacation. Front desk people were very friendly. Breakfast needs to be upgraded, just to many carbs. Super clean. Safe area. Lots of place around to get necessities and food.

There was a horrible odor in the room. It smelled like a sour mop or carpet mildew. Someone was sent in to spray deoderizer, which didn’t help much. In addition, during check out the staff person was very rude. She had an attitude because I asked for a receipt during check out.
