Friendly staff at check in. Nice location. Convenient online check in/ check out option. Sheets and pillow cases had hairs, makeup stains and urine stains on them (luckily I bought the disposables with me) thin walls, just needs minor renovations.

The hotel is 17 minutes from Stanford Airport, making it convenient and easy to access. The night staff was helpful and happy to assist. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was clean and very comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is fixing the lighting of the premises. A few dark spots were dark, especially for only women guests who went to the car at night. Other than that, I highly recommend the hotel. What I truly enjoyed the most was the front desk clerk. She was helpful, and being so lovely at 1:00 am meant the world to me after a long day of driving!
