The elevator was non functional. Had to carry stuff three flights up. Breakfast was very limited. Only one of each station. Otherwise the property was clean, but a little run down.

Toilet bowl had black stains inside of it, sink faucet leaked, the the choice of food for the continental breakfast was extremely small, and the elevator was broken for the 6 days we were there.

This has been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, firstly upon entry we was told that the elevator is down and would be fix within the hour, we check in on Friday and check out Sunday and let me say the elevator was not fix at checkout still, the room was dirty carpet look like haven’t clean since the building was built linen had spots, went down to get some help no one at the front, was there for an event so I left, came back that night still none end up buying new linen because in order to get new linen it had to come from front desk, I book for my husband and I was stayin for 3days 2nights and was only 2towels in the room to use, like I said I came for an event so didn’t care I just assume I can get some towels on Saturday….nope I ask room service for a towel for my husband and I since our room wasn’t cleaned the whole of Saturday she hand me one towel and states that’s all she can give with an attitude she walk away, I was fuming, to make matters worst don’t even bother going down for breakfast because the spread was very very limited close to nothing and not enough for everyone, we decided to dine across the way at the breakfast spot, Sunday morning first thing couldn’t wait to check out! Never again, only reason I didn’t check out earlier is because the event was at the plaza behind the hotel and I didn’t want to be so far but my lord I really should of cancel and went elsewhere! Save your money and book somewhere else, building so old it needs to be tear down an Do ov
