Worst service ever, no A/C in the rooms. Overbooked HOTEL, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. ROOM SERVICE NON EXISTANT. OVERALL THE WORST STAY I HAVE EVER HAD.
Checked in on 6/23/25 at 745 pm the front desk was rude and charged the wrong card. The elevator was broken and had to haul my heavy luggage to the 2nd floor and the room smelled of smoke / weed.
The hotel itself was old and could use a facelift. There were trash bags along the hallway to the room. I did wonder how long they've been sitting there. The room carpet was stained. The ceiling fan was covered in black cobweb. The tv remote was missing. A spare one was provided but it was not programmed for the room so it didn't work. The elevator did not go to the 2nd floor so the room was switched to the 3rth floor. My husband is physically challenged in walking ability having to go back & forth between rooms was exhausting and frustrating for him. There was an outside spotlight aimed directly at the room so it was difficult to sleep. And the a/c was very loud when it goes on & off. This location was chosen in proximity to the funeral service place we had to attend. After driving for more than 3 hrs, it was shocking to learn the condition of the hotel & room quality. My sister & brother in law also stayed at this hotel and was equally mortified by the condition of their own room. I would not be frequenting this hotel in the future.
The front desk people very nice. But the actual room was hot air conditioning not cooling only the fan. The bathrooms needed a little more care and cleaning the facility is old and the furniture had holes where the secure box seemed to be. We were only one night passing by. We reported to the front desk as we checked out. The location is great. They had coffe the entire day and night as well as water. I believe the place can improved more.

They overbooking and I didn’t found any availability room for me, even when I had my and reservations weeks ago
Elevator broken, no rooms on the first floor available...I was traveling alone with my two daughters. The employee was VERY helpful and carried our bags up for us BUT as a single female being in that stairwell with my two young daughters, I was VERY uncomfortable. When my phone fell I reached down I was greeted by a lovely, friendly, living cockroach (not palmetto bug)...I told my children to get their stuff and we got out. I have NEVER before had the need to leave a hotel...but I did this time and stayed across the street at The View and ended up paying less for a MUCH better experience in every possible way. La Quinta should take their franchise license away from these people as now I'm completely turned off by the brand.

Trash cans were overflowing in the main entry area. Grass needed to be cut.
No room service !. I had to clean the room ,basically had to do everything myself and the pool look contaminated with mold at the bottom. And the carpets were smelly… The customer service were great but this hotel need a lot of improvement for staying on a budget be comfortable.
Will never stay at this place again! To loud and ghetto! 24 /7 extremely loud and facility is old and kept that way!

Went to check in at 3 was told to come back no rooms available. They said 20 minutes, I came back at 345 still not available. I asked for a refund and some how a room was made available.
To much street noise and noise in the hall ways.
