The staff at the front desk Went above and beyond to help me When I booked the wrong hotel location, The rooms are clean and up to date as well Is the rest of? The also offer breakfast Which some hotels that were 40 or 50$ more expensive didnt even offer

This is in a very familiar and convenient location for frequent travelers to the Orlando area. What we didn’t like however was that there was no notice beforehand or even initially at check-in that the elevator wasn’t operational.

We arrived at hotel and were exhausted. Checked in and elevator broken. Got to room, it reeked of mildew. Crashed because we were exhausted. Woke up the next morning face swollen and coughing, bathroom was filled with mold and bathroom floor was filthy, we didn’t even want to shower. Went to great breakfast, no protein. Not your normal LaQuinta breakfast. No place to sit. Coffe tasted like chemicals. Stay at the better LaQuinta 10 min away this one was awful.
