The shuttle to Universal is at 8 am with pick up at the park at 5:30pm There is free parking after 6 on the citywalk Only a 15 minutes wall from the city walk if you waih to stay at the patk and not get the shuttle back

Mold, not in good condition.

They offered cleaning room service every 2 days, but we stayed for 4 days and the room was never cleaned. Everything in the building smells like it’s so humid and mold, we got exacerbation of rhinitis while in the hotel.

Overall, a great stay; convenient transportation!

We stayed four nights on our trip to Universal and it worked out well overall. They had a shuttle that will drop you off (0800) and pick you up (1530) from Universal’s CityWalk each day! They clean your room every other night, which was fine for us. The breakfast was mediocre at best, and the pool was small and obviously a bit older. My biggest complaint is that after walking around the theme park all day, there wasn’t dinner options close to the hotel that you don’t have to walk to, so we ended up having food delivered each evening. That said, the beds were comfortable and there’s a small refrigerator and microwave in each room, so we were happy overall.
