The employees most were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel was not as advertised. I had a 2 bedroom 2 bath balcony and fireworks view. Horrible. Balcony was the first floor next to an entrance door outside. Had to keep my drapes closed The entire stay. The rooms are outdated and old. I didn't touch the kitchen. I planned on cooking but forget it. The room card keys did not work. Never saw my fireworks view. Very disappointing.

Property cleaning, suites were nice and spacious. Appliances need to be checked more often; washer, dryer and dishwasher were super load and dirty. The cover of the dishwasher kept falling off every time it was opened. The stove drawer wouldn’t stay on the track and kept sticking out on one side. Some of the dishes couldn’t be used because they chipped or have cracks in them.

Our family booked a 3BR-3Bath Room. We stayed at Building 1 (maybe the oldest building), the room design layout was good. Furniture/carpet were old. The marble floors in the bathrooms were new. We liked the private toilet rooms. The bathroom and exhausted fans built-in together. Somehow the exhausted fans (all three) in our room made loud noise just like a train running every time we turned on the light. This is the Worst part of our stay. The king bed I got in one room is old and I can feel the coils under my back. We tried the laundry our clothes. The washer works fine, but the dryer was not heat up to dry the wet clothes. I believed these room would need an upgrade (furniture, matress, carpet, exhausted fans, TV size)

Costumer service was amazing from the beginning all the way until our last day. Room was excellent and super clean. My kids love the pool and the water slide. The location was great, convenient to shopping, dining, Disney world, and highways. I would rate the bed comfort a 5/10, it was a little uneven. I wish the furniture suck as couches, backboards, curtains were a little more updated or modern. The shower in the main bedroom did not get hot. Staff was friendly and helpful, great deals on excursions, pool was a lot of fun. We didn't eat at the restaurant on site. Parking was okay! Would stay again.

Have stayed at this resort several times. It is great value for money and well situated for the theme parks. It is easy to get to from Orlando airport (make sure you have cash for the tolls or a sun pass) and the apartments are clean and spacious. Some of the apartments are getting a little tired I noticed but they are still well equipped - full kitchen and two bathrooms with the two or three bedroomed apartments. Plus the pirate ship pool is a winner with kids and adults alike - they also provide pool towels.

Dirty but convenient!
Extremely dated and felt dirty. Pool was full of dead insects and it feels like it hadn’t had a makeover since 1985. Plus sides the bed was comfortable, an appropriate price for what you get and convenient for the parks if you have a car.

Outlet with food and stores just five minutes walk from the hotel. The Disney store in the outlet is much cheaper than the ones inside the theme parks. Very spacious two bedroom suite with full kitchen and washer/dryer, good for a family stay. A convenient store across the street which opens until 1am. Only thing not so good is the shuttle bus to Disney theme parks, not frequent and limited pickup locations. But Uber is convenient and cheap for transportation. Overall very good experience!
