Door key was not working. Hard time to get in . Staff don’t help, no maintainence. Finally we have to keep the balcony door open whenever we go out and it’s not safe . We carried the belongings when out . Our ray ban shades of 200 dollars someone took .

Between the unclean tub, the warped and loose ceiling fans, the clogged pipes, the toilet that didn't work, the stained carpet, the severely outdated and worn furniture, I'm really curious how this property was rated anywhere near high. At least the pool was nice right???

Our trip was great. Other than having to wait on night one for a proper fitted sheet for the 2nd king size bed. The one they had in there was definitely not for that size bed. I called and asked for a new sheet and we received it about 30 minutes later. Check in was smooth. Our room was actually ready early which helped my party of 8.

There were a number of problems with the room, including all sinks clogged; TV inoperable; broken shards of glass in the carpet (dozens of them) which were picking up in our feet. We never had any support from management to cure any of those issues in four days stay.

We were given the key to a room that was occupied and walked in on another family. The next room two of our keys didn't work. The place is completely run down and we had some kind of small bug infestation. The outside doors to our building worked only half the time. The bar service was very slow. But we did have a decent size room and it's located next to a small outlet mall

It was a nice place. Not close to the parks but manageable. Parking is tight tight and made for compact cars. The staff are great hard working people. The maintenance and cleaning staff are amazing. Good morale in their group that works the grounds which says a lot about the leadership of that area. We had 4 people and space for more family if we wanted it. Roomy and pleasant all around.

Accomodations perfect for our family

This was the 2nd time we stayed. We chose it because the accomodations were perfect for our family. The resort was clean, our unit had everything we needed in the kitchen. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing we were a little disappointed was I booked a fireworks view room. We did not get that, but it wasn't a deal breaker. I'd definitely stay again.
