Upon checking in, our 3bd/3ba in building 2 smelled like mold—old mold with a very loud penetrating stitch in the room air. Additionally, one of the chairs had nasty stains on the cushion and seat part. The chair in the opppsite bedroom had a big old blood stain in it. The hotel mgr stated they had no other available rooms in our size yet maintenance and housekeepers would come address it (don’t really know what they could possibly due to rectify this situation that quickly but anywho). We went to Halloween Horror Nights as planned yet same condition when we returned. I don’t believe anyone came at all. We left early due to sanitation reasons and will NOT be returning ever again.

The pool closed at 10, it was way too early for vacationers to stop swimming in the pool. The elevators smelled like weed.

While most of these reviews are people complaining about the dated property. We had the best 8 day stay. The furniture was just fine and met our needs. The room was large enough for five. The in room washer and dryer was amazing! The balcony firework view was great! Don’t get me started on the endless hours after Disney we spent at the wonderful pirate ship pool. I would recommend this resort to everyone. We will be back again in the next year! Great place to be and stay!

The property was okay. Our rooms were clean although the furniture is a little worn out. Most of the drawers in the bedroom did not close or could not be opened. As three adults had to share the small bedroom, it was very crowded and nowhere to put things. I asked for an upgrade when I arrived but the lady in the reception acted like I was asking for something strange. I also had the impression that we should get a free beverage per person and a $ 25 spa voucher per room. The receptionist told me that we can get only one free beverage and only one Spa voucher per Reservation. So that was a disappointment. Our plan was to do a Spa day for the whole group, using the 3 vouchers as partial payment and of course pay for the rest of the treatments for the group who did not get the voucher. So we decided to skip the spa day entirely. It was convenient that our rooms were in building 2 and the convenience store stayed open until late. We made good use of that.

This was our second stay here. First time around, we were in a beautiful, seemingly newly renovated room. This time around, we were in a much older room. Couch was shot, mattress was shot, hot tub was filthy. Wouldn’t stay here again.

You get what you pay for! Overall it was very nice. The rooms are very spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped but don’t expect to have all the utensils to cook elaborated meals. Close to Disney and I loved that they offered free transportation to the parks. We asked for rooms with pool views and they didn’t disappoint. The staff was AMAZING, everyone was so helpful and nice. You also have a Walmart soooo close, you can really take care of your diet during the trip. My mom used the jacuzzi that was on her room and she loved it. Very nice tbh. You will find a couple of stains throughout the furniture since everything is fabric but… no funny smells whatsoever. I just wish they had airport picking/dropping service! But very nice. Also the pool is so cool.

The check-in process was efficient. However, the time-share sales pitch was an unwelcome addition. The cleanliness of the place was satisfactory, although additional toilet paper and paper towels would have been appreciated. Aside from this, the room was well-maintained and in a clean condition.
