Gem that highlights Lake Nona

Wow! Thanks to Hotels.com for helping us find this hotel. Honestly, it offered amenities we have only seen at Vegas resorts, and it’s walkable to a range of excellent restaurants in the town center. It brought our attention to Lake Nona in a way we hadn’t considered.

Great Property. Will stay again. Be Aware: There was misleading information regarding airport shuttle. They ask if you need airport shuttle transportation and if you state yes; they will arrange the transportation for you but it’s not FREE! They will charge $80-$100 to your bill for Uber/Lyft transportation. Also Incidentals are $100 per night! They do offer free Beep transportation but it only goes within the Lake Nona area. Available every 30 minutes in front of hotel.

Beautiful but not quite luxury in standard rooms.

Beautiful hotel! Regular rooms are pretty standard except for the toilet (amazing features!) & the control panels. Fridge is miniscule & cannot hold any leftovers. Surprisingly, the sheets were not soft & pillows were aweful with no support at all. Towels also not soft. I had privacy button on & received a text asking to confirm that I did not want housekeeping service, which I did confirm & was tol that housekeeping would be informed of my choice. When I returned, they had indeed come in & cleaned up & moved our things around. My leftovers were also gone, as they were in a bag & thought to be trash. I informed them & soon had my leftovers returned to me (??) by a very apologetic housekeeper. I, of course, did not feel comfortable eating it as I dont know where it had been. Weird. Lastly, the tv was never able to connect to my phone (despite being on hotel wifi), which you have to do in order to use streaming apps. So I had to watch regular tv with commercials. Not very luxurious lol.
