The plumbing was backed up from the toilet and the tub/shower.I went to call the front desk.The phone line shut off at 11pm. Then I contacted the front desk on Sunday morning before Check out to see if I can speak with a manager and regards to some type of discount, the front desk clerk (Arielle)advised me that a manager would be contacting to me back. It is now 7 o'clock PM and I have yet to hear from Legacy Resort Management

Very nice property was there for work did notice whatever they cleaned the place with seem to have a chemical odor but set up was very nice and the place was well furnished. Jacuzzi tub did not work and light blew out when I was there, but they were very accommodating.

Thought the suite was awful...For one the shower kept sliding down couldn't keep it up even after maintenance, "so called" fixed it...Dishwasher did not clean the dishes..staff was unattentive and didn't seem to care about the issues..calking around tub was disgusting,... paint job seemed to be done by an amiture..tv in bedroom could not get channels...hot tub in need of major upgrade..General Manager was dismissive of complaints...Will NEVER go back there

This intimate quiet, safe, very clean very well. Maintained property is a great place to stay and it is because of all the staff that are on their A game every single day. From the very welcoming front desk from Andrea to Katrina to Samantha and make you feel like you’re coming home. The housekeeping and maintenance staff are always buzzing like bumblebees at work very friendly and very efficient. They go out of their way to help you even when it’s not part of their job like helping you with a big suitcase or helping screw on a brand new license plate so it doesn’t fly off(thank you Ronnie.) To the weekday activities calendar run by Yolanda of fun activities and discounted sweet treats where you get to meet other guests and long standing owners.

Don't miss out!

We stopped here for a night just to hang out and have some fun. I love this property it's super accessible and the kids love it and there are plenty activities planned out for the kids throughout the day. There are plenty stores to visit around the property however there are no sidewalks so you just have to be careful which is not the hotels fault please keep that in mind. The hotel does however, have food on site and a bar by the main pool. Definitely check it out whether you are alone, a couple, or a family this hotel is great!

BEWARE

The AC didn’t work. The floors were gritty and sandy. The unit was not clean. It’s old and needs major renovations. The shower had mold in it. The roads in the parking lot had big potholes. Didn’t feel safe in the area. Dull and gloomy interior. The tv in the bedroom didn’t work. The electric outlets in the bedroom didn’t work. Just an overall TERRIBLE experience!! Packed up and left the following morning four days early!!! Will never go back!!

We had a hiccup with sign in, but staff was quick to fix it for us. They are very friendly. We traveled with small children and the rooms were large and open. We used the fully stocked kitchen. A plus that a super Walmart is just down the road. Will stay here again

The pictures are misleading unless you stay at the main resort—the one with the pretty pool, bar, and restaurant, at least I assume, since I saw none of that. I was assigned a room with none of this, across the busy street with a lot containing more potholes than parking spots. ‘Security’ knocked on my door later in the evening one night and used my interior door in order to help the guests next door enter their room and then took off without locking off these doors appropriately. Unacceptable. When I complained at the reception desk (across the busy street), staff didn’t quite grasp why this was wrong. Hoping this review helps the next person decide NOT to stay here. Don’t let the pretty pictures fool you.

This was my 4th stay at this property. I have always found it to be very good, however this stay we found a cockroach in the room and there was no call back from management after reporting it. Very disappointed in Legacy. Where there is one there is more… Be aware!!

I did like how big the room was for the price. It did have a clean kitchen. But it had ants. The bed was uncomfortable and squeaky noisy. And there was something biting us in the room. Gnats, or chewing lice. Did not have a comfortable sleep and it felt like something was crawling on us the whole stay. We checked out early and reported the problems to the front desk. I would not stay here again.
