The property was recently renovated, but the room only had 1 desk chair for seating, there was sufficient space for a table and two chairs or a cushioned chair. The bathtub was quite slick, a bath mat or anti slip material is much needed.

I will never book any place else associated with Wyndam brand. Don’t be fooled by the high rating (8.2 when I booked), or the picture they use to sell you on this place. I gave them my money and I went and found a different hotel after seeing this place in real life!!!! So here the thing….I arrived at this property about midnight. Perhaps during the day this place is a palace but after midnight it is poorly lit, hard to find (meaning hidden in the back of a shopping strip with an odd sign), there were sketchy looking people and assuming “stray” cats roaming the parking lot. I tried to be open minded mostly because I had pre-paid but the parking lot literally scared me off. The place looked to be a remodeled three story motel, the kind of place where every room door is outside the building and faces the parking lot….think the sketchy motels you see on Live PD/On Patrol Live! After driving all the way around the building I decided that my car insurance deductible was higher than the money I would lose to not stay here and left never entering the building. I had my children with me and knew there was no way for me to feel comfortable there as well. I am not a snob, but I am not a fool either (well maybe I am a bit, they got my money after all). :-(

The hotel was nice. When we first arrived we found a stain on the pillow but the front desk staff were super nice about it and gave us a new one. There really isn’t a proper entrance to the hotel, it’s hidden behind a plaza. It’s close to Old town and Disney. If you’re going to universal or Orlando it’s a bit far . The walls are a bit thin so we heard people talking outside
