The only good thing was the breakfast, it was complete and good, very equipped breakfast area. But, the room smells to mold or humidity.. Cleaning service is each other day and I think the just put back the bed and pick the trash, because if you walk barefoot you would need to clean them every 4 steps.

Stayed there, while evacuating for Hurricane Milton. The room was spotless. Surprised at how good the hot breakfast was. All the staff were nice, even the one's that did not speak English. The location, was as good as a Hilton property, and cost a lot less. Was there for two days.

Just quite right for the budget. Could use more faster heating to the water though, wasting too much water just to get the heater going and use the hot water for washing hands or taking a bath/shower. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The rooms we very clean. However, there is a helicopter pad and helicopter rides all night right next to the hotel which you can hear all night. The area the hotel was in did not feel that safe either.

The rubber seal at bottom of door needed replacing floor in front of door consistently wet because of rain. Elevator shut off not able to access to take the dogs outside from third floor room. Slipped on steps and fell on my butt on one time. Rude from desk people. Charged twice for my room but was refunded back. This was a horrible experience being evacuated from my home but on top of it the the rudeness of staff and other things just contributed to a making things worse. I am very unsatisfied.

Ran away from Milton!
We came over to get away from the hurricane. The hotel staff were friendly, the room was clean, the beds were super comfortable and breakfast was really good. Nothing they could do about the crazy storm but we enjoyed our stay.

It was great!
My son, my boyfriend and I were actually very sad to leave. The place is great and we had a lot of fun! Breakfast was really the only bad thing, most things were burnt and not really edible but it was free so you can’t really complain too much when something is free. Beyond that, we had an excellent stay.
