Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Billboard advertised pool. Didn’t learn until checked in that pool was closed for maintenance, but saw no maintenance being done over the weekend.

There was a roach on our bed when we walked in our room, and they wouldn’t give us a refund, a partial refund, or allow us to change rooms. The woman next to us in the lobby had the same problem and they wouldn’t refund her either, so we both ended up leaving with no rooms for the night. Ridiculous, and terrible customer service.

Shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower so you don't have to mess with bottles! Hand soap dispenser at basin, also. Ready access southbound on hwy 192 south and simple access on going north. Tons of shopping, food and sights nearby all at a great price! What's not to like?
