Amazing amenities for a family stay

Wonderful play area, especially for infants and toddlers, which is rare. Pool area is very clean and well laid out with lots of comfortable seating. Rooms are recently renovated and spacious. Highly recommend for family with very young kids

Recomendo a propriedade, contudo não dependam do serviço de transfer para os parques. Se o transfer for importante para você, consulte os horários no site da empresa que presta o serviço (platinum transportation). Também considerem que o café da manhã não tem grande variedade. Tem máquina de waffle, pão de forma, ovos e algumas frutas. Oferece apenas um tipo de bolo e sem queijos; no geral o café da manhã é bom. A hospedagem possui um playground bom para crianças pequenas, além de boa piscina, campo gramado e quadra de areia.

Fantastic for families , great price!

Great place for kids, staff were all kind and friendly, breakfast buffet had a bigger variety then most places. Pool was heated., playground, kids areas were awesome, i loved the faith based quotes in parking lot, i was truely impressed for the price. The owners took an older hotel and revamped it thoroughly and its great!!! I would stay there again for sure. Just needs a better sign from the road . Amanda

We had an absolute blast at Magic Moments! The resort exceeded our expectations in every way. The kids' play area was a huge hit with my niece and grandson. We loved how everything was just minutes away. The food trucks park down the street was a fantastic recommendation - the food was amazing! We also enjoyed the Antique car show at Old Towne and spending the day at City Walk. Magic Moments has earned a spot as our go-to destination whenever we visit Kissimmee with family. Highly recommended!

Decent stay, would like to try again!

I had booked an elite room (1 king bed, 1 sofa bed). Upon arrival, we were placed in the wrong room; the room with 2 queen beds. Front desk informed me that they didn't have any elite rooms available, so we settled for what we got. The next morning they offered to move us, but at that point we were unpacked and settled and busy with park days that we just stayed. They don't administer refunds under any circumstances either, so it was a bit inconveniencing. However, the comfort, cleanliness, and modernness of the room was very nice. I believe it was just a simple mistake and would like to try again sometime.
