The rooms looked better in person, the staff was great, breakfast and dining was well organized, staff came when needed and our room was clean upon arrival . This is a kids resort so if you have an issue with kids don’t book here, my family loved it!

Magic Moments is a perfect stay for families visiting Disney World or any of the parks especially if you are willing to rent a car. The hotel has wonderful family friendly features including free breakfast in the morning, very friendly staff, fun and active play options for children of all ages, and easy parking. Very highly recommend and plan to go back in the future!

The photos of the property are deceiving. The common areas were renovated and nice but the rooms were motel rooms with very thin walls and thin doors. It was extremely noisy and not what we expected.

Stayed for 6 nights. The room was ok, but a little worn. The tv didnt work and the repairman attended and replaced the unit. The amenties were good and everything was fairly clean. Breakfast had a lot of options. Our main disappointment came with items from our room being removed by cleaning staff (my husband's swim shorts, nike tshirt and other clothing) while we were out. I notified the front desk immediately and was told a report would be completed but I did not hear back. Nor did we have our items returned to us.

The property and room was exactly as pictured. The location was great, only a 15 minute drive to Disney and I felt very safe. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the breakfast, especially the Mickey waffles and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My daughter loved the beautiful pool and playground area which included a bounce house. They do not change the sheets or make the beds daily, but we did get fresh towels and the garbage emptied every day. Be aware that the walls are quite thin. This was only a problem one morning when we wanted to sleep in and got woken up at 6:00 because of the neighbors kids crying and making a lot of noise. I had brought ear plugs for this very purpose, which worked great. Overall, it was a great stay and went above and beyond for the price we paid. I would definitely stay here again.
