This is a great hotel for families with little kids my granddaughter had a ball didn’t want to leave. My only thing is you advertise kids resort and have a pool with no life vests for children. I get that children need to supervised which is fine with me but some parents don’t want to get in the water if there were vests for the kids then us parents can supervise outside of getting in the water. Otherwise no complaints.

Was not vary satisfied with this place, cleaning staff vary lazy they left the towels on the bed for us to put away, they didn’t replenish the coffee cups. We asked them to replenish the coffee cups instead of putting them on the fridge, where the ice bucket is. They just threw them in my friends suitcase, staff doesn’t speak English, so was very hard to communicate. I didn’t like that we had to go use a community microwave. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Room was clean, the staff seemed unapproachable not helpful at times. The kids loved it. Lots to do for small children. Our older children loved the pool. Location is very convenient. The room credit is given as snacks in a bag.

There was no room service. Housekeeping came and left a bunch of towels on bed and didn’t even make up the bed. Garbage was not taken care of either we have to empty the garbage ourselves.

Cute place but starting to show wear and tear

Neat place but some of the fancy features are not kid friendly, like the mirror glass side tables and bathroom sink. You can tell it was nicer at one time but the upgrades are starting to get wore out. The play areas outside are definitely starting to show so wear and tear and the toys didn’t have their accessories so you couldn’t really play with them. The breakfast was good but again the fancy features are not kid friendly like the glass tables. And then they tried to make it pretty by having the coffee creamer in a soap like pump where you got only a drop or two out with each pump.
