Bugs in the room. Door would not lock automatically (you have to shove it hard for it to lock). Stains on the bedsheets and walls. Babies crying in the other room at midnight. Truly an awful experience. Just pony up the extra $50 to stay somewhere better.

This was by far the worst experience I ever had. We had to wait two hours in a line with no one willing to communicate with us what is going on just to find out they gave our room away. I called 4 times that day to confirm our flight was arriving late at 11:30 pm, we were there just before midnight, at 2:07 after giving the person in front of us a room they told us they had none left due to a party that didn't check out and that it wasn't their problem.

Nothing like the pictures
The hotel is nothing like the pictures. Is super old and outdated. The carpet was stained, dirty and it smelled like mold. I only stayed for one night. The door and the outside looked bad like if you were staying at the cheapest hotel ever. I checked in late and they gave me a room all the way in the back. I felt so worried walking to my room it felt so isolated on that side on building 6 room 334. I would definitely never return to this place. The bathroom was dirty and full of hair same on the bedsheets, I honestly only stayed because it was late and I was with my disabled brother so I wasn’t going to make a big deal and leave to try to find availability somewhere else. But I wouldn’t recommend it nor come back. The owner needs and should invest in this property.

They changed my room from double beds to king. The sink was clogged and we were unable to use it. Tub was dirty. When we got to the front desk to check in, there were another 4 families wanting either another room or their money back. Bad experience overall. Should’ve known better

Waited about 2 hours to just check in. After a long flight and commute to the hotel I went up to my room to discover that it hadn’t even been touched by housekeeping. I didn’t even bother opening the door through the window I could see that the beds were unmade and there were containers of what I assume cleaning supplies and/or other stuff on the floor and sink counter. I kneed I had to get some supplies to make myself comfortable so I went to Walmart since it was closing at 11 to get them and went back to the office to tell them what I found to discover the gentlemen that were in line with me were getting a refund because they found their mattress, room, and sheets stained. I would gather that although this place is affordable, being that it’s so close to plenty of tourist attractions their level of attention to cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. The bare minimum a CLEAN ROOM/CLEAN SHEETS should be every hotels standard in my opinion. This was such a last minute booking since I missed my originally booked flight ergo I couldn’t check in to my previously booked hotel.

Please do not stay here. I considered sleeping in my rental car instead of sleeping in here but I was just there for 1 night so I stuck it in. The rooms are very disgusting, old there are roaches and everything is nasty. This is like an abandoned hotel with making a few bucks to rent rooms. Police were in the hotel few times throughout the night. Do not recommend. I never give bad reviews, when I don’t like a place I prefer to not leave a review at all. This has to be said.

I called ahead to say I wold be arriving later than check in time. Very polite stated not a proble.. When I aarived there were 2 people for check in. Waited 1 1/2 hours on line. The staff remained pleasant throughout such an ordeal and other people realized that and remained patient. The grounds need attention as well as the exterior. The interior can use some freshening up. It did serve my purpose. I was by myself but would not return there for a family stay.

Great location but not worth the cost
Check in took 3 hours to complete, first 20 minutes we were not informed as to why we weren’t being taken care of. I wasn’t charged a deposit because of the wait but they would’ve been refunded anyways, while initially thankful, it didn’t help. The location is great but the pictures aren’t accurate or truthful. My room had ants, what appeared to be mold in the shower head, broken dresser to where it couldn’t be used, cracks in the walls and a broken bathroom door.
