Property was nice,clean and friendly staff. The sounding area has many activists and night life. the water park was a bust. Excessive rules that made you not even want to go. For example, no goggles for my toddler who does not want water in her face

It was a beautiful comfortable home. Pools were close and nice. Downfall there was a mouse in our home we had to vacate the home late at night. Trying to reach the front desk was impossible most days so had to drive up to the front desk. We were given a car transportation number that quite working. Also made a reservation for them to pick us up for the 4th of July fireworks show and we’re never picked up. So the kids missed seeing the fireworks. The H2O water park was fun. And property close to many things.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The weather was perfect. The property was exactly what my family of 10 Needed, which was space comfort and amenities. The resort was beautiful would definitely stay again.

I loved the main building, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. I loved my cottage with the exception that there were fleas in the rug and couch, my five year old found dog hairs on the couch, and the furniture was dirty. They should consider faux leather or something that can be easily wiped down, for longevity and wear in tear. Other than that we were able to order food and alcohol from publix. If you stay at the main building you are so much closer to the action but if you opt for the cottage life they have a free shuttle available, which we loved. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, the waterpark is small but just big enough to have a great time with kids. No regrets here!
