My family and I absolutely love staying at margaritavilles. There always clean and the staff is always more than friendly. We really appreciate the shuttle service they offer throughout the resort and to the local shopping areas. I’d strongly recommend margaritaville to anyone!

They did not give us brackets to provide discounts until day three. They then booked my mom for a time share seminar to make up for it and then when she booked the day to attend they told her it has to be the person who booed the stay that attends. So they waisted our time and money. No one gave us a tour or showed us. Where to find events or anything. They gave us a room key and didn’t help us enjoy the week stay

Property was nice and clean. Windows aren't very sound proof as we easily heard maintenance crews and our neighbors outside. Was nice to have a pool/hot tub right in our backyard. Having to take out all trash and other requirements before leaving is a hassle and not reflective of the price you pay.

The guest service still has not returned our call after we left the cottage on checkout day waiting for tech to open the safe our kid locked her items in. Check-in was breezy and pleasant. The reps at the front desks were well prepared and had a complimentary Bev after a long travel day. Unfortunately, it immediately went down hill after check-in. The resort allowed pets for an additional fee, and while we didn’t bring a pet the cottage we stayed in apparently had one because the smell of urine was overwhelming immediately upon entering. •Miguel and Javier-Front desk 2/15 let them know of significant urine smell in couch asked for relocation. They said it would be cleaned within an hour. 2 hours later it was not cleaned. •Spoke to Ethan at Frontdesk and shared delay. He said Manager was walking to housekeeping immediately to ask for clean. (@6P 2/15) •@6:15P Rafael LVM saying housekeeping “sprayed” something for the odor, despite my being told it would be CLEANED. •@7:40P a member of housekeeping arrived and steam cleaned the couch. While the smell was better the stains and overall odor permeated. •We purchased multiple candles and lit them daily, with windows open and fans on FOR 6 DAYS because the smell never fully expelled. •I wrote to the property via their Contact Us email AND Expedia message system and NEVER received a response.

We had a fantastic stay at Margaritaville Resort Orlando Cottages! The cottages were incredibly spacious and perfect for our family of seven—everyone was comfortable, and we never felt cramped. The location was ideal for our Disney World trip, with easy access to the parks while also providing a peaceful and relaxing retreat after long days of adventure. The atmosphere was wonderful, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for both convenience and comfort!

I was initially hesitant about booking this cottage due to a few negative reviews, but I’m so glad we decided to stay! The cottage was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The pool and hot tub were both spotless and perfect for relaxing. Almost everything that you would need for a home away from home is included. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, making for a great start to our stay. The only small suggestion I’d make is to provide a dishwasher rinse aid, as we noticed that the dishwasher left a cloudy film on the glasses. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

The resort is exceptional, the hotel lobby is spectacular, pool is large, our pool server Mauricio was the best. We stayed in a cottage, which we would definitely again. Only negatives: 1.The furniture was stained. We bought a bedsheet to cover the couch so we could sit on it. 2. We had a two story unit and we're old and don't like stairs. For sure, we'll be back. Overall, fantastic.
