For the most part, the staff were friendly. However, there were a select few that have no business representing this company. I would also caution that unless you want a power sale situation, stay away from the desk to the right when you first walk into the main building. All they want to do is get you into one of their sales meetings with high pressure sales. With respect to the elite 5 bedroom cottage that I booked, when I arrived, it was very clear it had not been cleaned. Outside and inside. There was underwear in one of the drawers, stained sheets, crumbs on the counter and kitchen table, dirty Kleenex's shoved in the kleenex box, a massive clump of dirty stuck on the living room floor, the dishes were in the cupboard and drawers dirty and broken, the pool was murky and dirty and there was garbage all over the ground at the front door. Keep in mind, if you decide to stay here, that there is absolutely no provisions. No butter, no creamers, no sugar, no salt, no pepper. There is also no dish towels or dish cloths. We had very few towels, no beach towels, only a couple of small bars of soap for 5 bedrooms, and definitely make sure you bring toilet paper with you!! At least if they had left a broom or something, I could have tidied up a little. Our group was very underwhelmed, especially considering I paid extra for the "elite cottage". We called several times, but no one would return our call. We went to the main reception, but no one would take care of it.

Our experience was terrible. 2 nights in a row fire alarm was beeping but they didn’t do anything. Management is ignorant about property maintenance. Imagine you are on your vacation and was not able to sleep properly because of fire alarm chirping sound. Will never go there again.

It feels like the reviews are fairly consistent and accurate. The property is great, as well as the proximity to lots of entertainment options, including Disney. The customer service, however, is virtually non-existent. Don’t even try calling the supposed 24/7 guest hotline, as nobody will ever pick up and they don’t bother to respond to voicemails or electronic messaging. For the price paid, some level of customer attentiveness would be nice. Seems like they just don’t have the right amount of staff in place. That all being said, I would still return - especially with a family or larger group in need of space, as the villas and cottages are perfect when a normal hotel room just won’t be sufficient. Grocery stores and liquor stores nearby are also very helpful to maximize value of having a kitchen.

The property is beautiful. If you are looking for a way to stay off Disney property and still be close by, this is a good choice. We stayed at the Villas so we had a full kitchen and laundry which was a nice way to save money on breakfast lunch and dinner. Theres a Super Target and Publix nearby. The biggest issue is they seem short staffed. Every staff member we interacted with was wonderful. There just arent enough of them. 10 minute hold times when we called the front for something simple like dish detergent. Failing to get said detergent to the villa. Little things that can make a good stay seem juat OK. Just seems like they are short staffed with these issues. So if you are prepared for these things, youll be fine.

Cottage definitely needed to be cleaned thoroughly. Floors were dirty, cobwebs on walls, built-up dust on surfaces, etc…A/C was not cooling, dishwasher was not draining, bathroom sink was clogged. Kitchen was missing essentials, such as oven mitts. The space and layout of the home was ideal for our family. Every bedroom had its own bathroom. The pool alarm on the door made it impossible to leave the door open for more than 5 seconds; we were unable to enjoy the cool outdoor air due to that feature. Give this cottage a thorough cleaning and make sure the home has the essentials to ensure the next guest(s) have a top-notch experience. The overall rating is lower due to uncleanliness.

I waited in line for an hour to check in. When I got to the desk it was 4:30pm (check in is 4pm) and my cottage wasn’t ready. The staff at the front desk was friendly and apologetic but clearly overwhelmed with the number of people waiting to check in. At 5:30 I got the call that the cottage was ready. The cottage was beautiful and comfortable. However, on our second day, there was a power outage that apparently damaged the router and left us without WiFi (which also meant we had no TV access). They weren’t able to fix the situation during our stay. We rented a cabana by the pool and had paid for an extra chair but it was missing the extra chair. When I let the staff know, she told me to drag a chair from another cabana. She was clearly also overwhelmed with the amount of people in line to enter the pool area. I wasn’t sure which cabanas were in use and I didn’t want to mistakenly take a chair from a rented cabana. So, I finally found another staff member by the pool and they were able to find a chair. I am not sure if they were understaffed or what the case was but that appeared to be the situation. They did offer a $50 resort credit to use at the restaurant (for the room not being ready on time). I would try again to stay there because the resort, pools, and cottages are beautiful. However, I would not confidently recommend it to others due to the issues we had during our stay.

We liked how everything was nearby from water fun, food and other activities. Having a three bedroom cottage. Didn’t like check in process at all including parking to check in, the cottage we stayed in was the very last street and near a highway that was very noisy. Also the landscaping wasn’t great near the cottages including the backyards.

Is there a second year staying at the cottages. It is easy to walk to sunset walk for dining and shopping. The pool is great. The waterpark is lots of fun and there is transportation available to Disney theme parks.

The property itself is clean but the cottage we rented is so far from the main lobby and the main pool. Our stay was okay until 3 people from our parties suffered sore neck and stiff neck on our last few days there. We realized that it was the pillows. The pillows are so thick in every room and made it a very uncomfortable stay.
