We thought the property was clean, spacious, updated and cute. We enjoyed the area and thought it was easily accessible. We really loved the resort and frequented the little area with all the shops and restaurants. We were disappointed that we were not left hardly any amenities. We were given only one bathroom towel and one beach towel per person. We were happy to do our own laundry, but were only given one Tide pod. We were left a very small amount of toilet paper and only one extra trash bag. We were only in town for 4 days and found it inconvenient and frustrating that we had to run to the store to grab these items. Also, were excited to have a free shuttle service back and forth to the parks, but this service was absolutely terrible and inconvenient. Drivers did not speak English, so we got on the wrong shuttle and had to Uber home from the drop off site. Wanted to take the shuttle to Sea World. The park opens at 10am and the only shuttle for the day runs to Sea World at 7:45am. Makes no sense. Vstays should not use this 3rd party service. It is a poor reflection on them.

I stayed in the villas and it was amazing! Super clean and well taken care of! Spaces and felt like a home a way from home. However I wasn’t really a fan of the backyard/ patio not having any privacy. However other then that, it was an amazing stay and I will be going back

Everything was great. We got in early and we were able to get the cottage right away. Just and fyi you may need more towels and toilet paper. Not sure if you can get more from the check in area but we had to buy toilet paper, salt, pepper and oil for cooking. The main pool area was awesome! We had a great service all day!

The resort common pool area is a fun place to be for both adults and children. The cottage we stayed in had ongoing pool issues (dirty and not functioning) We arrived on a Sunday and it wasn’t totally resolved until Thursday. We also had a circuit breaker issue that affected the hot water, some lights and the AC but it was looked after by maintenance quickly. Overall the place was quite beautiful and would recommend it for an Orlando family vacation.

We were very displeased with the cleanliness of our cottage upon arrival. I found multiple hairs on the ground and furniture, so vacuumed Before I even unpacked my suitcase. At the end of the night, our feet were so filthy dirty, we had to wash them before we could get into bed because the floors werent clean. The pool was gross, even had a used band aid in it. The kitchen barely had enough dishes and they left nothing to help with cooking coffee or anything. We've had many vrbo properties in the past, and this was one of the least desirable that we've stayed at.

This property is well maintained and the location is so convince, only one problem on this room the mattress is way so soft I am staying gor 10 day and I xannot sleep well for 10 days. Tge owner of this property should change the mattress.

This was our first time staying at the Margaritaville Cottages. There was 6 adults and a baby. It was perfect for what we needed it for and would stay again in a heart beat. No complaints.. just a few tips for the next time or anyone that has plans to stay… 1. Our bed(king size) didn’t have a fitted sheet and needed to go out and buy one so for future i will be bringing one. 2. We got a pool/hot tub for our back yard. Was great! Only suggestion is to turn the hot tub on 30 mins before use as it gets to the temp of the pool water. Also the pool towels are tiny. No big deal but if you prefer bigger ones I would suggest bringing them. 4. Everything they give you is what you get. Not a lot of toilet paper/paper towels. Instacart will be your friend 5. We got a cabana everyday at the resort pool and so glad we did(especially with the weather a couple of the days). So worth it and great service! 6. Finally the shuttle to the parks.. probably the only thing that would knock down my rating from 5 stars to 4. We went to Universal one of the days and signed up for the shuttle to bring us there and back. On the way there was great! Only about 10 people on the bus.. left on time.. no problems. On the way back was a different story. There were 50 people waiting for the bus. People were bombarding the bus driver. Seemed like He was just letting people on without reservations. We ended up getting off so a person is a wheel chair could and then waited an hour for an uber.
