The hotel was clean and beautiful. I was told they had room service. When we called several times as our other family members did no answer. If we called front desk with a question no answer. One out of two ice machines were working. So getting ice was a mission. Whenever called the hotel the day before arrival with questions they made you feel like you were bothering them. I under stand they are busy. Customer service definitely could use some training.being in customer service my whole life

It was okay. Very good service. Prices are a bit steep for the amount you pay on top of the resort fees and gratuity included daily. They should make all inclusive packages like other actual resorts do to make the experience seem more worth the money spent. If there’s food and drink packages available I’m sure people would seize that opportunity over paying for every single drink or food item every day you’re there.

A female staff at the pool was kinda annoying didn’t want to give us extra towels, giving attitude because my daughter had the towel around her just trying to go to the room to get something and coming right back. Also I think the hotels should just give all the guests bracelet keycard, way more convenient to use, we pretty much had to beg for it after seeing our friend was using it. Overall the hotel is nice and clean great location, room service staff kept our room nice and clean, and refilled whatever we needed, thank you!

The rooms are wonderful The check in time is 4pm and the pool closes at 9 so the 1st day is a bust. The gym is basic nothing fancy. Only complaint housekeeper kept rushing us out check out is 11 and 3 times she came wanting to clean. There is no buffet breakfast they only a grill order place so I wouldn't pay extra for that add on. The water park is in walking distance and places to eat in walking distances.

The property was beautiful! We loved the pool, and the bartenders were very nice and friendly. However, the waitress was not familiar with their menu. I asked if they had chicken nachos on the menu, I was told no. Then I looked at the menu and it was the first item listed. The resort advertises room service but when I asked about it, I was told no room service was available. The breakfast sandwiches at the market were great! The market had everything you could possibly think of. The elevators were hot. We requested late check out at the beginning of our stay, but we were told to call the front desk the morning of departure to see if late check out was available. This defeated the point of being able to sleep in the day of departure. Then when we called at 6:30am the day of departure, we were told there were no late check outs for the day. After questioning why, we were given the option to stay an hour later. noon checkout. The resort was very nice, I just wish the staff knew what they were doing.
