I would not stay at this property again! The traffic to get a few miles takes hours! Also the staff behind the desk are basically “kids” and not friendly and had no clue what they were doing. Because of the traffic, we decided to check out early and stay closer to Disney parks and it was a huge ordeal to get our refund and we were told we would get a call from the manager and never did and to try to call this place is a joke, so we had to drive all the way back to make sure we got our refund. Also, the lines to get food or drinks at the pool area took forever!! This place needs a lot of work!!

When I was arriving at the resort I got a call saying it was sold out and that I didnt have my booking anymore. Even asked me to go straight to another hotel. Even though I decided to go to the resort. The manager in charge told me that it was Expedia’s fault that did something wrong with my reservation. They told me i had no option and should move with my family to another hotel. On that hotel, the person didnt know how to proceed and wanted to charge me for the night. Put my family in a room with only one bed. We are a family of 04. The bedroom was broken with a leakage. Had to move to another room. Then given that situation i decided to go back to the resort to try to resolve my booking. Long story short. I had to say that I would call the police if my reservation was not fixed. In a matter of minutes they resolved that. Interesting. They made my family to go over all of this stress and then suddenly resolved everything. I would never go back to that resort and will think twice before doing this again through Expedia. In my opinion you guys should do a better selection on your partnerships. Clearly, that resort doesn’t value your customers.

This hotel was perfect!!! Excellent location! The only minor inconvenience I didn’t like was that next our room there was a family staying with children and one of the kids would wake us up every morning screaming and crying at 7am on the dot! Lol it didn’t bother me too much we were also traveling with our kids but other than that this hotel met our expectations we will definitely stay here again

Gorgeous!!

Beautiful hotel, rooms were spacious, clean & comfortable! The weather wasn’t great when we were there, but the pool looked amazing!! Live music every night was an unexpected bonus! My girls loved the cotton candy machine, too! We wish we could have stayed longer,

I called ahead to request early check in because we are traveling with an infant and An elderly person. Upon arrival room wasn’t ready because it’s upon availability. That’s ok. Still checked in, came back 30 mins prior to the official check in time which is 4pm. They didn’t have the room I requested and paid for. I needed 2 beds. Got a room upgrade but it had a king bed and a sofa bed which is very uncomfortable. Terrible service. Will not recommend. The whole point of the reservation and early check in is to have the room I needed.
