Service was subpar
Service was definitely sub par for a Marriott. From check in to ordering food by the pool (which you have to go get yourself, no poolside service at all). And took over 2hrs to get bedding for the pull out sofa. Villas were nice but outdated. Dishwasher you had to hit on the top right hand corner to get it to work and the microwave was a 50/50 shot it would work too.

I would expect this from a motel, but not from a Marriott with as much prestige as this one. • Pubic hair in the bathtub where my children would have to bathe. •Chewing gum in the entrance of the carpet. • Entrance door with a hole which could be easily seen from the outside in. •The oven did not close making it impossible to use. I could not cook in the on December 31st which I had to incur additional expenses. •The worst was the customer service. I let the shift supervisor “Sasha” know everything that happened and with a rude attitude she said to me: “what you are looking ”?? . I will definitely look for other options next time.

Holiday stay
This was our second time staying at the property as we enjoyed our last trip. The location is ideal for what we had planned. The villa was clean and spacious and met our needs. It was a bonus having the full size refrigerator. Don’t know if it was because it was the holiday week but during the 4 night stay, we saw housekeeping services only once when they stopped to ask if we needed anything. No cleaning service was offered but fortunately we kept it clean throughout.
