The room was very roomy and clean. We were staying there as we had to evacuate due to hurricane Milton we felt safe and we did not lose electricity which was great. The hotel could use some updating but is an attractive hotel. Would have loved to have been able to take advantage of the pool and spa but it was closed because of the hurricane. The rate was reasonable and I would book again.

When we arrived there was a construction bucket in the main hallway leading to the check in desk, the bucket was being used to catch free falling water from the ceiling where it also looked like there was black mold in the creases and crevaces. There were a host of other things but that was the first and most disturbing. I think it was a gorgeous place a long time ago but has fallen into disrepair. We were there being displaced by the hurricane and I could excuse the bucket if the building weren't five stories high and it hadn't even started to rain yet. The hurricane didn't even turn out to be that bad and yet the buckets were growing in numbers over the days we were there. By the time we left Disney had been open for days and the hotel still hadn't opened their pool. Most disappointing stay ever

Good value for short stay
We moved here to stay for one night during hurricane Milton. The hotel is as good hotel for a short stay but is dated and could do with a refresh. Rooms are nice and bright. Looked like a nice pool area although this was closed due to weather. Staff were helpful and friendly. Was very competitive price and good value for money for a short stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem ,💎 very clean and well keep hotel , the staff was very helpful and the pool and hot tub gave us a feeling of being in a mansion , I will definitely go back again soon and recommend to anyone or families. It’s on international drive with plenty of places to go do anything your looking to do , just relax and enjoy life 😇

The property looks good, just like the price paid. Quiet, ample parking, room in good condition. The only difference is that the restaurant and that is not active all the time. Other than that, everything is fine. Recommended.

Conveniently priced Hotel. Very outdated and limited channels on television. ATM and Vendor stations on each floor out of Service. Only Ice vendor and 1 microwave on bottom floor only very inconvenient. 1 of the elevators was malfunctioning as well. Has a very old suttle undertone smell in the facility. Best part of the Property is def the Pool area. Had to have towels and shower fixed within the weekend stay other families complained of soiled carpets in there units mines was ok on that end a much outdated hotel but Has a very Good Staff she handled all these matters accordingly.
